"You're that Chase guy...okay then. We have to find Rylee and Colton." Kro said, not entirely surprised that he changed into a creature but more surprised of what the creature was. He's like a wingless dragon...odd.

The pack of demons charged at Chase and he just stepped on them. "I know where they are. I talked to Apollo."

"Just wait. I'll take you there shortly. Let me just destroy these demons!" He hissed and lunged forward and snapped up one of the demons in his jaws.

Kro nodded and climbed up onto his head where he directed her and looked ahead to the trees

As Chase ran the trees became more apparent.

Kro focused and moved the trees to the side so Chase could pass through the forest easily

One of the demons caught up with Chase and jumped onto his thigh sinking his teeth into Chase's leg. Chase roared in pain.

Kro fell off his head as he roared and hit the ground with a thud. Groaning and standing back up again she grew sharp pointed branches out of the trees and sent them aimed towards the demon.

The demon was skewered but didn't die. It snarled and roared. "Kro!" Chase called. He turned back. A massive demon, just a little smaller than Chase charged and grabbed him.

Kro turned to the massive demon and tried to skewer it too, trying not to hit Chase as well.

The spike of branch wouldn't pierce the hide. Chase roared as his skin was torn open.

She started to wrap the branches around the demon trying to bind it and pull it away from Chase.

The beast snapped the branches. It clamped onto Chase's neck.

Kro kept trying to pull the demon off of him but was losing stamina quickly. Eventually the branches loosened and her powers were near exhausted. How strong is this thing? She thought

Suddenly a roar ripped from behind Kro. Artie came crashing through the trees and barrled into the beast. "Get out of here now Kro!" Artie barked.

Kro nodded and headed for the trees, staying not far in case she was needed but at a safe range

Artie got Chase free and the two turned on the demon.
