"That's fine. I'm a small guy, I don't need much food." Akaru said.

Are you sure?" He asked

"Yes." Akaru nodded.

Wolf ate his food quickly.

Akaru leaned against the counter and stared out the window next to them

It almost sounds peaceful out tonight." Wolf whispered.

"Yeah. I don't see anything out there." Karu nodded and stared out the window another moment before looking over at Wolf.

Wolf was still lost looking outside. He seemed at peace.

[I think I might just call him Karu, I like that better =p]

"You think we'd ever be able to fix the world again?" Karu asked

"I hope so Karu." He sighed gently. Wolf nuzzled him.

Karu smiled and pressed himself closer to Wolf. "Should we go lay back down?" He asked, glancing at the others who were asleep

"Yeah probably." Wolf said as he quickly cleaned their bowls.

Akaru walked over to where they had slept before by the couch and sat down again.

Wolf sat next to him. He was glad Akaru wasn't afraid of him.

[Me too XD I actually based him off of a kid in my art class named Sol. Maybe you could draw Wolf? I'd like to see how he looks]

Karu leaned against the couch and on Wolf's shoulder a bit, shifting into a comfortable position.

Ryder nodded, hugging her tightly. " you know you may not have a heart beat but you are very much alive. You have feelings and emotions. You aren't mindless like the other dead trying to eat out brains."
( what if Saber Is like liv from Izombie? That as long as she eats brains regular she stays human like.)
There was no zombies around because Nyla had killed them all. What better way to practice your powers then on people that are already dead.

Wolf enjoyed the comfort and smiled. He nuzzled Akaru.

She hugged him. "They don't eat our brains they just consume us." She said rather flatly.

A pair of eyes upon a building watched Nyla. "Interesting..." He sneered.

(Interesting concept. Maybe I can figure something out with something like that.)

Akaru smiled too and closed his eyes.

Nyla was holding a zombie down obsorbing it's life energy. Causing it to lay as shriveled gray corps on the ground.

" I know." Ryder nodded. " You remember how I said I had a little sister?" He asked softly. " and how that she was killed by a guy we trusted right in front of me?"

"Yes. I remember that." She said.

"Just look this way..." The person chuckled.

Wolf wrapped his arm around Karu.

Nyla stood back up looking at her hands panting. She looked down both ways of the alley before walking away.

" Learned from Luke. She's alive and at that orphanage Sierra stayed at." Ryder said letting out a heavy breath.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

The eyes watched her.

" No. I'm not. I just learned my little sister isn't dead." Ryder spoke.

Karu moved to rest his head partially on Wolf's chest and shoulder. He didn't sleep or doze off but he rested there for a while

Wolf just kind of waited. He listened to the beating hearts of the others.

"So what do you plan to do?" She asked.
