Skylar turned and began to walk to her apartment complex, her hands balled up in her pockets and her lower lip Between her teeth as she tried to force the smile to go away.

Skylar took out her key and unlocked her apartment door, going inside and closing it behind her. Ashton was standing in the living room, waiting for her. "Where have you been?"
"Out." She answered. "I'm 18, Ash. I can do what I want."
"Not when you were shot in the shoulder three days ago! You shouldn't be moving around so much. And who was that boy who was walking with you?"
She tensed. "You saw?"
He snorted. "Yeah, I saw him out the window. Now who is he?"
"A friend of mine. We were just hanging out."
"Didn't seem like just a friend to me." He said.
She glared at him. "I get you're concerned, but will you please drop it? I can handle must just fine." She said hotly.
"Yeah, as you proved when you got yourself shot." He retorted as she stormed to her room.

Jonas walked back to the Bar and checked on Tad who was stitching up the stab in his back by using two mirrors.

She closed her door and flopped down onto her bed, staring up at the ceiling, pissed off at her brother. But then she remembered her walk home with Jonas, and her heart fluttered.

Jonas helped Tad and helped around the Bar as it opened up.

Jonas was waiting at the fountain. They never said a time so he was early.

Skylar hurried into the time square, wearing a gray sweater, black pants, and some boots. "I'm so sorry I didn't pick a time!" She said breathlessly as she paused beside Jonas at he fountain.

"It's okay!" Jonas smiled. "It's not a problem! I'm an early bird." He smiled at her. "Where too?"

She gave a small smile. "I figured we could walk around and maybe grab lunch soon?"

"Sure." Jonas smiled as he gave a slight yawn. "Lead away!"

She frowned worriedly. "How long have you been waiting?"

"Two hours." he said non nonchalantly.

"Two hours?!" She exclaimed. "You didn't have to wait that long . . . "

"Of course I did. I was waiting for you." He smiled. "And it's fine. I had to get our of the bar. Ivan and his girlfriend where at it again so I left."

Okay! Well I'll see you later I've got New Years party to head to! ))

She flushed and glanced at the fountain. "Ah okay . . . Shall we go then?"

"Sure!" He said.

She smiled and began to walk with him around the streets, past shops. She remembered once again how they had departed last night.

"Not doing a good job of keeping track of those two huh?" Yawen chuckled

"Hey unless They're part of the party, they ain't gonna follow me to the bed room." Luna said.

Tsume looked up as their food was brought to them. "Thanks." He said. Kiba nodded as well.

"Is everything alright? You aren't getting sick are you?" Jonas asked as they walked.

She blinked in surprise and looked at him. "No, I've never been better. Why? Do I look weird?" She questioned.

"You're face is all ready. I wanted to make sure you weren't getting a cold."
