International Highschool (Stuff the Warrior Admins would freak out about!)

"I know why." She said.

"So tell me." He said.

"It was sort of like closure for him. To burn everything to do with the mafia." Mavi replied.

"Yeah." He said. "So why are you crying."

"Because I've never seen someone die before. This is all new and scary to me." She said.

"Oh, I see." Luke said. He patted her shoulder. "It's okay..."

"I'll need to take a break for a while. I know it's inconvenient with what detective Broderson needs but I just can't now." She said.

"It's okay, I'll let him know, okay. If you ever need to talk, here is my number." He said handing her a card.

She took the card and stared down at it before stuffing it into her pocket.

"Just...be safe okay. I think I'm being sent after Konnor so...I'll talk to you later." He said.

"Good. Just a word of advise though. He seems like an innocent teenager, like he only ever killed people because he was told to, but he's been raised to kill and it's what he does best. He will not hesitate and may even enjoy killing you if he gets the chance, and he can hide the body and evidence well enough that you'll never be found." She said.

"I'm not worried about that, trust me darling!" He smiled.

"What are you worried about then?" Mavi asked

"That if I do die, no one will be at my funeral to cry." He said.

"With how sensitive I am I probably will." she said

"That's good to know someone will be there for me."

"I should head home now, school in the morning and all..." she said

"Go home, and sleep." He said.

"Thanks." She nodded and left. She made it back to the dorms ina few minutes.

Lucas watched her leave then went back to Orville. "Alright, Looks like I'm going."

"That's great. You're probably the best for the job." Orville said.

"Oh, how so?" He asked.

"You're one of the best at catching perps and making arrests." Orville said.
