International Highschool (Stuff the Warrior Admins would freak out about!)

“I was working with the police, gathering information about the mafia. I had files on all my research, for every mafia member from Tam, to Blu, all their hitmen too. We arrested Blu, then detective Broderson made him a deal to go after Tam, since the mafia was falling apart Tam was the only one left. Tam killed all the rest of the members who were at the base. I followed Blu to the base. They killed each other but before he died Blu told me to burn the place down. I took some things with me from the base and I still have my documents Blu wanted me to burn all the bodies, to erase the mafia completely.” Mavi kept her tone low whenever anyone passed by. Elani listened carefully and glanced at Jenna.

" What did you take from the base?" Jenna asked carefully. The longer she was away the more pieces of her time on the base she remembered and she remembered a lot of valuable stuff. " why were you working with the police?"

“I’m a law student... I want to be a police officer or at least a lawyer.” Mavi shrugged her shoulders nervously. “I took a laptop... I think it was this guy Ben’s... and a case with a bunch of papers in it, and two bottles of vodka but one was almost empty.” Mavi answered.

" I know Ben well actually his brothers girlfriend dawn. So we can get his computer back to him. " Jenna asked. " the vodka I think is Christans. I remember him telling me something about it. Which he's missing."

"I need to look at the computer before I think of giving it to an ex-mafia member. I've had it sent in to someone who can hack the passwords at the police station I'm supposed to pick it up tonight." Mavi said. "As for the papers in the case I will have to find a translator they are all in Russian but some of the footnotes are in Norwegian which makes it an extra pain having to find someone who can read both Russian and Norwegian, or to find two different translators completely."

" Christian knows both." Jenna added " also Ben was never a mafia member. He was forced to work with blu to save his sister and brother in law. Their parents are highly renouned police force specialists in japan."

"I still want to look at the files on the computer before I give it up to anyone. I don't exactly trust your boyfriend either, some say he's killed 11 people in America alone." Mavi shook her head. "I don't want anything more to do with anyone from the mafia."

" I've killed more." Jenna said bluntly. " he killed 11 people because if he didn't he and everyone he cared about would be killed. It's a kill or be killed world for them." She didn't care about his body count. She had just about the same number but only working for the American government.

"I doubt you could hurt a fly." Mavi said. "You're dating a professional killer, anyone he every cared about or anyone who ever cared about him died back in Norway or is rotting in a Russian prison cell. He did it for money and loyalty. He was out of the mafia and free before, why would he go back? These are only the 11 we know about from confessions of other members. He's probably killed way more."

Jenna smirked she loved how innocent she looked because no one ever believes her when she tells the truth. It also made it easy for her targets to trust her. " No." She shook her head. " not everyone he cared about is dead. Some of them have been put into protection and look like they are dead. It's just like how I don't exist "

"So who exactly are you talking about, the ones who look like they're dead?" Mavi asked. "His father hung himself, his mother was gang raped and murdered, Blu is dead, can't think of anyone else who would ever give a crap about a hitman like him."

" his unborn child for one." Jenna snapped. " and I care. Oh the things you don't know." Jenna shook her head. " I want the case. It's Christians and he should have it back."

"No. I'm keeping the case and the laptop until I'm done and then giving them to detective Broderson when he's out of the hospital." Mavi said decidedly

" this isn't a negotiant. Because I can go way over the detectives head. I have a much higher security clearance then he has. So give me the case. I don't care about the computer. I just want to case." Jenna said a bit harshly.

"I'm not taking your bluff." Mavi narrowed her eyes at Jenna. She stood up from the seat and pulled her bag over her shoulder, turning to walk down the hall. Elani looked at Jenna, not saying a word but with a surprised and unsure expression.

Jenna followed grabbing mavi's arm and quickly putting it in a lock hold. " I'm not bluffing." Jenna hissed in her ear. Mavi could feel a barrel of a gun pressed to the small of her back. " I'm also a trained killer but I work for the Government. I want the case. There is no negotiation you will give it to me."

"How exactly is this going to play out for you?" Mavi asked. "I don't have the case with me it's somewhere safe off campus."

Elani saw what was happening and got up, pulling a gun out of her pocket and pointing it at the back of Jenna's head. "I don't wanna do this Jenna but you need to let her go!"

" you do know never get in arms reach of someone with a gun?" Jenna commented. Not worried about a gun to the back of her head " tell me where it is. Because I need to find Christian." She said thinking. " I'm not a bad guy I just can't leave my partner on his own."

Mavi didn't say anything, hesitating for a moment. She turned around the arm that Jenna was holding her by and tried to reach for Jenna's gun with her free hand.

Jenna backed away holding up her gun. She knew Elani wouldn't shoot her hands were shaking to much " I'm goung to prove to you I'm not lying. " she put her gun away and pulled out her credentials and showing them to both Mavi and Elani " I'm under cover as well. I've been tracking Tam and his movements. And Chistian had been my inside person. He went into a deep cover that's why it looks like he went from one Mafia to another because that's his cover. I have more proof in my room."

"You can discuss that with the police when I hand the case over to them but for now I'm keeping the case." Mavi said. "Shoot me if you want, I dare you."

Jenna reached into her other pocket and tossed a medication bottle at Mavi. " Christian has Epilepsy and if I don't find him he can die. And if that person I think has him he's looking for that case. From some things He's told me about it it's very important to him." She said. " it will never make into the evidence locker if you do that. Wait does Petya know you burned down the base?"

Mavi caught the bottle. "So what do you want me to do with this?" She looked at it. "I don't think Petya knows anything about me he's only seen me once at the police station."

" I'm just showing you why I need to find Christian. " Jenna told her. " he needs his medication twice a day." She sighed thinking. Before she said " actually don't show me the case keep it hiden. And don't take it to the police just yet. I bet he's monitoring the place to see if it shows up." She looked around keeping an eye on their suroundings. " I like how you're trying to become either a lawyer or a officer and you burnt down the base. That's like a major destruction of evidance. And with out evidence the police have nothing."

"I only did it because I was too scared at the time and it's what Blu told me to do... I should just drop out... I wasn't thinking..." Mavi sighed, sitting down again.
