|Personality|
(Description of Personality. Be in depth and very detailed. Add maybe a role your character may take, such as a mediator, leader, supporter, speaker, etc. Include your character's most dominant character trait that may dictate every action they take, such as protectiveness or justice. Things you can add: optimism, sociability, attitude, etc.)

|Health|
(Description of the mental state of the character. Do they have strange quirks like ADHD? OCD? Are they sociopathic? etc.)

|Likes|
×(List out anything your character would be interested in, be it a drink, girls, or materials)

×(List out anything character would avoid or be reluctant to do.)

|Fears|
×(Different from dislikes, more like phobias. Something that would prevent your character from executing an action. Add a brief description as to how this fear came about.)

|Attire|
(Description of usual clothing. Be as descriptive as possible)

|Body|
(Description of hair color, hair length, eye color, face shape, body type, height, weight, etc.)

|Health|
(Can either be a simple paragraph stating their perfect health OR detailed paragraph of their state of health. This can include allergies, prosthetics, long term diseases, etc.)

|Signature Features|
×(List out any distinctive marks that the character may have that differentiates them from others. This can include tattoos, birth marks, piercings, scars, bushy eyebrows, hair color, etc.)

|Strengths|
(Can either be a description or a list of either fields your character may excel in or situations your character may be comfortable or dominate in. Ex: Academics, Cooking, Botany, Flexibility)

(Either a description of what cripples your character or a list. This field can be similar to your dislikes/fears list and will prevent your character from being in a certain situation. Another way to go about it is to describe things that may hinder their ability, such as a close combat fighter not being able to fight a long-distance attacker.)

×(List out the abilities as they are as well as add a brief description of the skill and thing such as weaknesses, limitations, and possible uses. Can be a proficiency, a mundane skill, magic power, or combative ability.)

(Describe the relationship with the person's Mother or Mother figure in their life.)

Relationship with Father
(Describe the relationship with the person's father or father figre in their life.)

Relationship with Siblings
(There should be one for each sibling)

Relationship With Former Lover
(Should be one for each lover, nothing is needed if has no FL)

Relationship with Current Lover
(If any are available)
