"I don't know, Cheza go with Gabby. Gabby take her to safety!" Scar said.

" No!" She shook her head. " I know what to do about the monster!"

"I'm risking you getting hurt." Scar said.

" it's what I was for." She told him. " I know how to get the monster away and distracted that you can kill it. Well both of you." She said looking at gabby.

Scar shook his head. "No, I don't like that." He said.

" I know them." She told him. Not taking no for answer. " look!" She pointed to all the scared people. " we can save." She gestured to to him herself and gabby.

"I'm not letting you risk yourself. I can't let you." He said,

" it's what I was used for." She told him. " I have plan."

Scar shook his head. "No." He scolded her.

" please let me help." She said holding tightly to his arm. " I want to be good..."

" Ian just hear her out. Let's see the plan first before you run recklessly towards the clicker." Gabby suggested.

"I've dealt with them before. I can do this, I don't want to risk losing you." He said looking at her gently before sighing. "Tell me the plan and I'll decide if we do it." He said. "But make it quick."

" I gets its attention and run it towards you and gabby. While it's distracted by me you two come from behind and attack." She explained.

Gabby looked at Ian wondering if he would approve of the plan.

"Cheza, I don't like putting you in harms way..." Scar said as another roar echoed out, closer than before. "Fine, but I will come in and pull you out if you look to be struggling even one bit!" He told her.

" okay." She nodded. " here." She handed him a sword she took from camp.

Gabby looked a little surprised the Ian was letting her help.

Scar growled and sighed. "You've got a lot to learn Cheza, and I've got my own." He said as he pulled the blade out from the hidden spot in his pants. "Keep that one for yourself." He told her as he started to run off.

" bait." She said softly. Runing off after him. She went towards the monster quietly.

Gabby followed pulling out her daggers.

Scar looked to Gabby. "Are you fast enough to catch up to her?" He asked quickly looking at her.

" yeah why?" She asked quietly.

"Go and grab her." Scar said as he reached into the hidden pocket of his leg and pulled out a strange device. "Take her and get to safety." He said as he suddenly took off into a different direction and dashed off.

A roar grew closer.

" what the heck are you planning." She mumbled following after cheza who was going towards the roars.

Scar raced through the field as he crouched low in the grasses. He split through the woods and looked around stopping as he spotted the monster. It towered over him as it gorged itself on a much smaller monster, quickly eating it down. Scar glanced to the tool in his hand, as he crept forward placing the device on the ground. He led the string out from the device and backed away, waiting a few
Moments. Scar inhaled deeply and pulled the string. A bright red flare shot into the sky, the powder in it screaming as it shit higher and higher. The monster looked up following the light and sound the thing produced.

Cheza paused seeing the light. " what's that?" She questioned.

A few more of the flares shot and screamed up into the air. Scar watched as the beast became distracted. He snuck up to one of the back legs. He pulled out the blade and quickly jumped up slicing at the large thigh tendon.
The creature screamed as it's back leg failed under it and it fell to the ground with a large thump. Scar quickly darted away.

Tadoda had helped get people to the cave. He looked around at all the gathered people. "Wait, were is Hawk and Stone...?" He said starting to panic. "Oh i'm gonna kill them if they are still alive after this." He said as he started to run out of the cave.
Echolight, the CliffClan leader grabbed his arm before he ran. "Swift, you're gonna get yourself killed, we don't even know what is out there." She told him. "It's a matter of body counts right now." she said. "It's better to lose two than to lose you." she whispered gently.
"Echo, I have to get my kids." Tadoda told her. "I'm the fastest of all the clans, I think I can outrun any monster." he looked her in the eyes. "I'll come back, I promise." He whispered before he pulled his arm away and took off toward the roar.

Cheza saw that the monster was down. Gabby grabbed her hand before she could go to it. "We need to get to safty."

" No! We can kill!" She said yanking her arm away. Running towards the monster sword at the ready.

" fuck..." Gabby mumbled drawing her daggers.

Scar ran at it's other leg and sliced through the flesh there, slicing the muscles and tendons so it couldn't rise to it's feet. Scar saw Cheza running at the monster and cursed under his breath. He quickly ran to the front of the monster. "Cheza, get out of here, don't risk hurting yourself!" He shouted to her.
The monster saw Scar and the blood that dripped from his daggers, and hate burned in it's eyes. It took the smaller set of paws up by the chest, shot out and grabbed Scar's leg and pulled him toward the monster. Scar shouted and hissed, squirming in it's grasp as it grabbed him with both paws, now that it held him close.
