Sam closed her eyes listening. " there idea deer over that way." She said pointing to her right. " also a hawk watching the rabbit from the sky."

"You missed the fox." He said. "And the Chickadee. "

" you mean the fox over my left shoulder?" Sam told him with out looking. " yes I missed the bird because they are everywhere. "

"You should start paying more attention to them, birds bring messages." He said. "And no I meant the other fox. The one coming out of their burrow. I mean technically they are kits." he said.

" oh the babies for the fox over my right shoulder." She nodded.

"How many babies are there?" He asked.

" typically foxes have 4- 8 kits a littler. She only had 3 must have lost one in partration." She answered. " oh wait 4 it was off exploring around the den."

"Very good." Azriel said. "How about a little sparring?"

" why?" She asked.

"So you can get stronger." Azriel said. "You are very far away from being able to contain the soul of earth.

Sam sighed. " I don't feel like sparing."

Azriel looked at her as he reverted to his normal form. "Samara, what is wrong?" He asked.

" nothing." She said looking at her feet.

"Please tell me. I can sense something off." He said.

" I'm still tried from the other day." She lied.

"Ah, I see. I guess we should have let you all rest more before making you train."

" mainly me." She sighed. " I did did a lot of the heavy lifting."

Azriel walked up to her. He wrapped her in a hug. "We put too much on you." He sighed.

" I was the only one else who could help you..." She trailed resting her head on his shoulder. Wondering where fallow was and why she can't read her mind. She was trained to block her out and didn't even know she had the ability. So how could she have done it? That question kept burning in her head.

"No, you weren't it was just the easier way out." Azriel said. "we brothers have fought like that before in the past, it just lasts a year or more before I tire..." He sighed.
