Ellie nodded at the statement, for it was so true. While they danced to the music, she kept looking down at their feet in worry, trying to match his steps without crushing his toes.

"You look very nice. Thanks." Black said.

"Oh, thank you." Ellie smiled sheepishly. Having a different view, she would have argued. The clothes she was wearing weren't even 'nice', per say, just clean and not tattered. "Where did you learn how to dance?" She wondered.

Ben was the one who taught me. I taught him to play guitar and jax taught us to sing.

"Oh." Ellie nodded simply. "I've never really had anyone to teach me cool things like that. Ben taught me to ride, though." Stumbling slightly on her rather ungraceful feet, she fell against him. "Sorry." She apologized.

It's okay." Black smiled. He danced with her Sam's eyes always watching.

"Sam looks armed to the tooth over there." Ellie mumbled. "Why?"

"Just in case." Black said softly.

"In case of what?" Ellie wondered, not entirely sure of what could go wrong there.

"In case I break down." Black whispered. The song changed to a slower song. Black moved closer. He sighed. "Ellie I'm sorry I couldn't save him."

Ellie grew quiet once again at this, keeping up the little movements she hoped was passing as dancing. Shuddering as bad memories surfaced, she replied, "It's not your fault." In all honesty, it was really hers. Guilt ran through her veins like acid.

Black cupped her face." Its not your fault. It's Dooms." He told her.

Ellie tensed at the touch, not expecting it, though she didn't move away. "No, it is my fault. This whole time I've been less that useless." She admitted with knitted eyebrows, frowning.

"Ben needed you to be strong." He said.

"Yeah, some good  I did." Ellie said bitterly.

Black sighed seeing it was pointless to fight. He held her face. Black leaned forward and kissed her forhead. He kissed her nose then kissed the corner of her mouth. Black pulled back bloody tears falling down his face. "Your lips will only be for him."

Ellie tensed even more, taking a small step back. It was impressive she hasn't sooner, she thought. Looking like she was about to say something, she just closed her mouth and shook her head. 

(It's incredible how bad my reply is like really)

"I'm sorry, Ellie." He said looking down. Black ran a hand through his hair. A familiar hand tapped his shoulder. "What!" Black said as he turned around. He stopped his eyes wide and his hands trembling. He fell to his knees. "How?" He asked.
Soft blue eyes smiled down at him and Ellie. "Is something wrong?"

Ellie's eyes widened, her hands in little fists at her side. They weren't shaking; she wasn't crumbling to her knees as though her world was being completely changed. Though, it sort of was, in a way. "Oh, my God." It was probably a very stupid thing to say, but it's all that came to mind.

"Ben?" Black asked more tears pouring from his face.

"Yes?" Ben said.

Blinking, Ellie stammered, "H-how are you here?" It couldn't really be him...She twisted the ring on her finger nervously.

Ben just tilted his head. Stein placed a hand on his shoulder and walked up next to him. "Ben doesn't understand sometings. They are harder to understand than other things. He also doesn't remember that week Lord Doom had you two But he does remember getting a black rose." Stein said covering Ben's ears. "And the reason he is here is me. I was able to heal his wound mostly and bring him back." He said.

Ellie was at a loss for words yet again, just staring, absolutely flabbergasted. It was almost like she was refusing to believe the information that was being presented to her.

"But I cant assure you it's really him." He said. He pulled down the shoulder of Ben's shirt and on his shoulder was the scarred over wound Stein had given him.
