JayBird screamed and her back arched a he grabbed her pillow tightly, her body was shaking violently.

Adrian smirked "I don't... Look like it... Yet"

"Just get over with.." She gritted her teeth.

Mavi smiled back before going out into the living room for a second and coming back with a large case. He set it on the bed beside Adrian and opened it, pulling out a small bottle of clear liquid. He opened it and poured a little of the liquid into the lid, passing it to Adrian for her to drink. "This is a really strong pain killer. It should help" he explained

(Hey Hail how is Adrian's wing hurt? Is if broken?)

She took the the cap "cheers to going to hell" she swallowed the medication

"Maybe you've done some bad things but it can't all be that bad" Mavi said, gently taking Adrian's injured wing and stretching it across the bed. He looked the injury over and when he noticed the tear in it he took out a needle and some clinical thread

"I mean it... I've already been there... I lived there for a while." She sighed leaning back a bit and on her side a bit more.

Nicky nodded in agreement and looked around for the best place to sleep. "How do you guys feel about sleeping in a tree?"

Ren gently laid the hound down beside the couch. He stayed crouched beside him and petted his head.

Mavi put some numbing salve around the tear in the wing and then started to stitch it back together. "I've been there to, but only for a few minutes or so."

"How old do you think I am?" She asked looking at him. "And how old are you?"

"I don't know. You're a demon right? Probably a lot older than you look." Mavi said. "I'm 22" he replied as he finished stitching up the tears. He started to feel along the bones of the wing looking for the parts where it was broken

Rett winced and looked up at him. "Why do you need me anyway? I'm just a human..." he rasped

"Because, how else am I going to earn their trust." He laughed.

"I'll tell them I'm poisoned..." he groaned in pain again, gritting his teeth. "Tell them not to trust me."

"You see your lips are now mine. Anything I dont want you to say, to write to even think, I can prevent it!"
