Comet moved along the gate until they melted several rows of bars onto the gate as tall as they could reach. "That should do it. Good timing too, the torch is almost out of fuel."

"Yeah, well we won't need it with Fliker around." He said.

"That's true." Comet nodded

She was still looking up at the sky.

"Good Morning miss." Stein said walking up the stairs to Ayame. "How did it go last night?"

Cutter nodded. "Aye." He said. He groaned and sat on the ground rubbing the stump of his leg.

Nyla was in the infirmary like usual and was working.

" Maybe we can push him off the roof? " Ryder suggested.

Kathryn was in the kitchen making breakfast for the other kids.

"Fine. At one point there was a stench of dead in the air, but there was nothing out of the ordinary after that."

"That's what I said. I'll distract him and you push him off the roof." Saber said.

Stein smiled to her. Thank you Kate." He smiled. 'I'd be lost without you."

"A stench of dead...Worse than normal?" He asked.

She nods. "Yeah. I was on high alert for the rest of the night."

"You alright?" Comet asked.

That's good. I'm sure all I fine now." Stein said.

"Yeah...My stump gets sore sometimes. Mostly when I get too close to the dead. I think it's because of the virus..." He groaned.

"Let's go back inside then." Comet said

Cutter nodded as he put his leg back on and stood up slowly.

Comet offered him a hand

She nods. "It should be."

Cutter took his hand and stood up.

Stein smiled. "Good. Come let us eat." he smiled.

Comet followed Cutter inside, glancing once or twice back at the fence.

She nods, and follows him down.

Stein walks with her into the kitchen where Katrine was making breakfast.

The horde pushed but could not pass, not even the little ones.

Comet felt relieved and sat down in the main living area once they were inside.

Sierra smiles at Katrine.

Cutter sat down with a groan.

Kat served the kids first before she served Stine and Sierra. " We are running low on supplies." She said taking a small portion for herself sitting down in front of Stine.

Nyla stood outside by the main gate. She was growing worried about Ryder and Saber.

Ryder nodded. " Let's do it. "

"I know...I'm pretty sure we have cleaned the city out of supplies." Stein sighed. "Luke hasn't been able to find or bring home much supplies in his last trips." Stein said. "I will leave tomorrow to look for supplies."

"Agreed." Saber said. She started to climb up the building keeping an eye out for Hoss.

" I can go look. " Kathryn suggested.
