Kanon frowns. "Now is not the time to grieve, Tad. We need to complete our task, then once you've had your revenge, can you grieve." She says quietly.

"I killed the gargoyle member Ivan." Orville said.

She poked his cheek. "But you're the most interesting person I've ever met."

Present: Skylar's head whipped up and her eyes widened. Ivan? No . . . Not Ivan . . . She staggered back a step, feeling her heart start to race.

Nomvula noticed Sky's expression and watched her for a moment. Did she know the Gargoyle?

"Tell 'em how boy! Spare no detail on the death of Demon Eyed Ivan!" Chase smiled and the crowed cheered.

"I do not grieve..." Tad whispered..."I kill" He said. He let go of the git and set it on the counter. "Put it in with my stuff. I will be back later." He said. Tad left and walked back to the truck.

She clenched her jaw and fisfs. Show nothing. Don't react . . .

"Me? No way!" Jonas said blushing.

Kanon sighs, and follows after him.

"It's true!" She mused.

"Liar!" He smirked.

Tad climbed in and sighed.

"We fought in the alley, Chase had given me a knife. After he and I subdued Ivan I stabbed him in the throat." He explained

Kanon waits a few minutes, before hopping in. "You'll get your revenge."

"I know." Tad said. "As will you and all of us." he said.

(Thok, Voltron?)

"Let's go get the girl."

"Mika is no girl." He said as he started the truck and drove out of town.

She shrugs.

"Me? A liar?" Skylar inquired with mock surprise.

Present: Her hands clenched up tightly. Ivan . . . Did the Gargoyles know about him?

Tad was silent and the truck shook under them. They drove for mile and miles into the bare lands outside Noski. He turned down a road with a big sign overhead reading: "BUCKING BRONCO'S RANCH".

"A little spy you are miss Lies." Jonas smirked.

"Tell him what we did after wards with his body!" Chase smiled as the crowed cheered loudly.

She nudged his shoulder playfully.

Present: Skylar began to feel sick to her stomach.

Kanon couldn't wait to get out of the car.

"We tied it to the hood of their leader's hummer." Orville replied, not remembering what the hummer owner's name was

The crowed cheered even louder. Chase stepped back to the microphone. "step by step, one by one, we will break down the Gargoyles starting with Ryker and his little gang!" Chase smiled. "One down Four to go!" He shouted raising his arms.
The crowd started to chant. "One down! Four to go! One down! Four to go! One down! Four to go!" The chanted on and on.

They drove down the road for almost half an hour before they pulled up to the barn. A few workers stopped to look at the old truck. One of them raced off toward a house after they read the license plate.

Jonas gasped as if it was in pain. "I've been hit!" He said dramatically as he fell into her lap. "Good bye cruel world!"

Orville hesitated and eventually joined in the chanting.

Yawen stayed silent, glancing from Orville to Chase and back.

"Feast and celebrate cubs! For the fun is only starting!" Chase laughed.

Kanon jumps out, raking a hand through her hair.
