Strife sighed, "There's nothing that will make me not hate him. However, I did forgive him and I was pissed to hear he was killed before I could tell him that."

Strife gritted his teeth, "The last thing I said to him... was that I still hated him but needed his help to confront Doom, but now Doom killed him and I don't get to say anything else. Doom is going to die."

"Matt? Jenna!?" A 15 year old Ben cried out as he stumbled around bodies of fallen friends. He Looked around. Then heard it. "MATT!" Jenna cried her hands placed over his bleeding chest. "Please get up!" She begged her hands glowing green with healing power of a mutant. "Dont leave me! This child will need it's father! Stay with me!" She cried. A spear went through her chest. She gasped as she fell forward onto Matt's body. Ben fell to his knees screaming and holding his head. Jacob who was not to far away heard the screams of his friend. "Ben?" He asked looking at Ben. He started to move toward him along with other members of their side. Suddenly they started to fall dead. Ben's dual swords covered with blood. Ben threw back his head and roared out. Jacob took a steep back. he turned and ran before Black could see him. "VENADAR!" Jacob called out. "Venadar something is wrong with Ben! He's crazy!" Venadar looked back at the young man as he pulled his sword from the chest of a mutant charger. "WHAT? No!" Venadar said as he blocked a blow from another mutant. "Jacob where is he? ... Jacob? JACOB!" He called as as Jacob ran back to Ben. "Dont worry I'll talk to him!" Jacob said over his shoulder. "Jacob No!" He called running after him.

Jacob ran over to Ben. "Ben, what's wrong!?" He called. Suddenly a sword slashed at Jacob. he jumped back. "BEN!?" He called. His sword slashed again cutting part of his shoulder. Jacob stumbled back and fell down. Ben following grabbing his injured shoulder and holding him to the ground. He raised his arm with the sword in it and started down. Jacob quickly drew his dagger and slashed it across Ben's face, going from cheek bone to cheek bone. Ben stood up quickly holding his face with a roar. He backed up shaking his head in pain and anger. Jacob quickly got up and backed away. Ben looked at him. It was not Ben's eyes. Jacob shook slightly with fear as Ben advanced at him again. Ben was suddenly thrown to the ground as Venadar pinned him down. He wrapped an arm around Ben's neck and held him there as Ben thrashed around. He suddenly fell limp. Venadar cried softly. "Venadar...what's wrong with Ben, w-why would he attack me? B-ben would never do that... W-what's wrong with him?" "He's a mutant Jacob! He's a god damned Mutant!" He shook. "This is not Ben...This is part of Ben named Black, a murderer!" Venadar hissed. "No he's not. Ben would tell me! He'd tell me if he was a mutant..." Jacob cried. "No he wouldn't! He didn't want you to look at him differently! That's why he'd never tell you what he was." Venadar said looking up with tear filled eyes. He saw Jacob running away. "J-Jacob! Jacob come back!"
