"I know he is. I can talk to him when I get back." Tsume said.

Jen growled. "Nah baby...I'm made you want to go away from he party."

"I'm assuming Mia had fun helping, didn't she?" Tad laughed.

"Pay that one no mind, Mak can't touch you, you are protected by Tad. Take that blessing." Hunk said. "As for who is involved, people who are incredibly dangerous. Most of them you've never heard of, and for good reasons too." Hunk said.

"But why is Tad even involved? He doesn't even want to be in a gang."

"Go away from what party?" Cyrus asked

Sakura nods. "Sure did. It's better than hospital food, so they wanted to send some to you." She wakes Karin up, and Karin heads off. Sakura sits in the seat. "It's my turn to stay anyway."

"He's involved with it to end the Gang, to make it something else." Hunk said.

"This one dearest!" Jen smiled pointing to Zak.

"I will be fine, trust me." He said.

"To make what?" She raised an eyebrow.

She frowns. "It's best to have someone watching your back at times like this."

"I don't know, to make it a safe place for people, not a murderous gang with a bad history." Hunk said.

"Fine, do what ever you please. He said.

Cyrus kept trying to break the bonds until one of the straps started to tear.

"But it seems like it would be worse with people like Makkro."

"They are oly there to get money for the Gang, enforce the fear." Hunk said. "And what makes you think that Tad Will let Makkro live once he makes the gang what he wants it to be?"

Jen grabbed him and snarled. "No, no, naughty boy."

Skylar said nothing and glanced out the window. "He will pay for shooting Jonas." She said quietly and deadly.

"I will," she says, smiling with satisfaction.

"Do not go after Makkro, young one. He is a dangerous man. He is the only one who can hold his own against Tadoda when he goes all out, alone. Tadoda is a dangerous man as well but he controls himself. Makkro doesn't." Hunk said. "You see Makkro, and you run the other way, you call for help, an you take that help from anyone, whether it be from a Gargoyle or a Saber." Hunk warned.

Tad just kept reading through articles on the laptop. "What day did they decide to do the ceremony for Ivan?" he asked.

"Noted." She leaned back. "If he's that big a threat, someone should do something."

Cyrus kept trying to tear the rest of the strap to free his one hand despite her. Suddenly a thin cold blade touched Jen's neck and from the corner of her eye she could see someone standing behind her.

"Like I said, only one that stands up to him is Tadoda. And he's too busy to be kicking Makkro's ass every time he miss behaves."

"What is going on here?" She snarled. Chase looked at the two way mirror and narrowed his eyes.

"Step away from him hermana." Fortunata pressed the blade closer against her neck. She was holding a long thin rapier but she also had a gun on her belt.

"I see. Well I suppose there's nothing to do about him for now." She stretched and flexed her shoulders. "Listen, I'm going to go rest until for a bit if that's okay."

"Of course." I'm sure you are tired. Rest well." Hunk said as he nodded and let her go.

"And who do you think you are?" She snarled.

"The woman who's going to slice open your throat if you don't move, honey." She replied.

Skylar nodded and made her way down to the room she and Jonas shared after falling into the frozen lake. She shut the door behind her and slid off her jacket and her belt, loosing her brown hair from its ponytail to fall around her face and down her shoulders. She sighed and plopped down into her bed, closing her eyes and spreading her arms out on her pillow.

Jen growled and let go of Cyrus.

She could hear some voices coming from the vent next to her bed.

She peeked open an eye before shifting in bed to lean closer to the vent to hear.
