Riley's eyes blazed. "You watch your tongue." He hissed. "I may only be half of him, But I can pull at all his power." He snapped. "And in this world, you obey it's laws." He growled.

"Funny. Then in this world it's alright to harbor the fugitives from another dimension and teach them about their powers when their power could throw off the entirety of the balance of good and evil in your dimension?" Damien said calmly, seemingly unfazed by Riley's aggression. "I believe you are doing that exact thing and are therefore not abiding by those so-called laws of which you spoke. And believe me when I say that little girl's potential is more than any other single living creature you currently know."

"And what should I do? Give her to you? Let you rip her to shreds?" He snarled.

"So it's alright to break your rules to save an outsider to your dimension who is already an inter-dimensional fugitive?" Damien retorted.

"Yes. Because I am the maker of wrongs!" He snarled.

"But she is a being meant to possibly destroy all wrongs. Perhaps you'd like to see part of how powerful she may become? Alec." Damien trailed off while moving to look at Adri's twin.

Alec nodded, "Should I take it easy on him?"

"Half of your current power. Then I'll help you increase it more again later." Damien replied

Alec stepped forward, "Care to fight half-devil?"

"No." Riley snarled. "I only fight if it deems necessary." He spat.

Neph watched their conversation for a while before she turned her focus back to Doom. "I'm supposing you don't have any emotions or feelings at all. You can only kill and consume to gain power. Sounds like a pretty sad existence. After you're done killing us all the and all the universes, what is there left that you have gained?" She asked.

Alec had a blank look on his face as he stated, "So you would fight if I were to attempt freeing Doom?"

"Don't you dare!" Riley hissed. He doubled the binds on Doom.

"At that point, I will then mak-" He started but was silenced as Doom got reinforced.

"You'll make your own universe, right? You'll make it every bit of how you want it to be, and you'll be the ruler. That still seems boring and pointless." Neph crossed her arms and shrugged. "You're going to destroy billions of people who have much more meaningful and valuable lives just to make a perfect little safe place for you to feel like god in."

Alec smirked, "You realize if you tighten the binds too much and hurt his physical body, that you'll truly just hurt your friend he is bonded with." He moved toward Doom, "It is really quite simple to free him for someone with my abilities." He looked at Adri and with a serious look, "With our abilities.

"Colton can withstand the pain for the better." Riley growled. As he blocked Alec.

Char was trying to keep Colton still through the pain. She kept her hand on his forehead, trying to numb him as much as possible.

"You say that, but how much can he take before he stops believing it is 'for the better'?" Alec smiles and simply teleports to the other side of Riley. "Walking in front of me and blocking my path isnt enough to stop me. If that's all you have, you're way out of your league."

Riley teleported moments after him. "Two can play your games." He snarled. "Back down."

"Make me." Alec replied tauntingly

"I will if I have too." He snarled.

"If you don't, Doom will go free. It is an inevitable consequence of your lack of action." Alec said

Neph poked Doom a few times, staring up at him. "Too bad you can't talk back." She shrugged.

"Careful Neph." Ignace said.

Doom hissed and the Smoke grabbed her, sinking spikes into her hand.

"NEPH!" Riley said as he ignored Alec.

Alec held a hand out in that direction and a light shine on them that caused Doom's shadows to disappear. "Now Doom, I know the little girl was annoying you, but you can't let emotion get to you." Alec said while not even looking at Doom. "And half-devil! That was rude! You don't look away from me while we're speaking or I might be forced to hurt something or someone you care about."

"Ow!" Neph yelled. She pulled her hand back and held it close to her chest.
