She hugged him tightly again. “I know.” She whispered. “I know.” She cupped his cheek and wiped his tears with her thumb.

"Just take it slow."

Tad nodded and frowned and moved.

Jonas nodded and sighed.

Kanon keeps pace with him.

“When will his service start?” She asked quietly.

"As soon as Tad get's here." He said. The doors pushed open. The crowd grew quiet as Tad limped in with Kanon helping him.

She looked up as Tad entered.

Kanon ignores all the stares, focusing on keeping Tad upright.

Tad grunted in pain as he walked in. The crowed parted slightly. "Let me go Kanon." He said.

Jonas looked at him with sad eyes.

Skylar stood by Jonas, watching Tad with a frown. What had happened to him?

Jonas swallowed stiffly.

“Tad. . . Is everything okay?” She whispered as Tad drew nearer to where she and Jonas stood.

Kanon nods but stays nearby in case he fell again.

Tad stood up on his own. He looked to Skylar and Jonas and gave her a slight nod as he did so, he cringed in pain as he forced his bad leg to drag across the ground. He groaned as he got it into position. He put weight on it with an audible hiss. He quickly moved his better leg onto the ground and took his weight off the bad leg. He slowly made his way forward to the casket.

She watched worriedly, her brow furrowed and lips drawn into a frown.

Once he reaches it he places his weight on it, falling to a knee. He held back tears as he took a shaky breath and exhaled. "Oh brother...you are lost." He says.
"Oh brother you are lost." the crowd calls in response. Jonas speaks out to against the silence that had grown as Tad hobbled over to the casket.

“Oh brother you are lost.” Skylar murmured softly/

Kanon watches.

"but, you shall not be forgotten." Tad said.

She closes her eyes and says a silent prayer.

She nodded quietly .

"Oh Brother go in peace." Tad said as he rose to his feet. He groaned. "We are your brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, lovers and haters." Tad said as he pulled a knife from his pocket. "We go with you." He said as as he took the knife and sliced his palm. The blood welled up and he placed the bloody hand on the casket leaving a hand print. "We go with you!" The crowed called out. Tad walked away from the casket. Others started to move toward it.

Skylar held onto Jonas as they began to approach the casket.

Everyone who walked up to the casket pricked their finger with a small needle and placed a bloody thumb print onto the casket. Jack was behind them with his family. Jonas sighed. "You don't have to prick your finger if you want to." Jonas said.

So I woke up in the middle of the night just to sketch this!) It was like 2:30 when I sketched it up! But it's adorable, it's Mia and Tad.))
