" he killed the only one I truly cared about." Nyla snapped back. She looked crazy talking yo a half dead body.

"Did you pick up anything or do any scavenging on your patrols?" Akaru asked Wolf as they headed down to the first floor and to the kitchens.

"Yeah we have been looking!" He said. "But nothing has been found. At least nothin that is edible." Wolf sighed.

"I know honey, but you need to control yourself!" Cutter said.

" control myself? He just threatened me." Nyla said shaking her head angrily.

Akaru walked over to the boxes, cabinets, and storages where they kept all the cans of food. "There's some canned vegetables." Akaru grabbed one with sweet corn in it.

Cutter sighed. "Nyla please..." He said.

"That sounds fine honestly. But like I said I could just always eat you." Wolf smirked jokingly.

" Cutter he threatened me by hurting you." Nyla sighed taking a deep breath.

"Trust me I am upset, my body is cold an I am stuck in your mind." He said. "But if you are violent the people will lose your trust."

“Do you need to eat any meat or something?” Akaru looked back in the cabinet. “This soup has some chicken in it.” He took one of the soup cans anyway and opened them both up on the table with two bowls.

Nyla frowned, " how do I fix this?" She asked tears still falling down her cheaks.

"I mean I should be eating a lot more meat but I don't want to if it means others don't get some." Wolf said.

"I-I don't know." Cutter sighed. "I'm sorry"

Nyla began to cry more.

"Nyla, you should take some of my blood incase I can't ever go back." He told her.

"You need to keep your strength up, none of the others are so reliant on meat as you are." Akaru said, making sure Wolf got all the chicken from the soup into his bowl. "We'll split the corn into the bowls once we've finished the soup."

She shook her head. " you aren't gone yet. You're not dead until tour warm and dead." She muttered feeling his body which was cold. "

"Is rather be safe that sorry." Cutter told her.

Wolf sighed " yeah I get that but, I hate feeling privileged. I grew up with the ideals that I only ever got what I needed and if I had more than needed I gave it to someone else who needs it more." Wolf said.

" okay..." Nyla nodded taking a couple vials of blood and keeping them refrigerated.

Cutter sighed, the body moving slightly.

" puppet can't control me..." Nyla mumbled.

"Nyla, don't do anything." He said.

Nyla sighed shaking her head, " he was right..."

"What do you mean?" He asked.

" I am a monster." She told him.

"Nyla never say that." Cutter said as the cold hand gently cupped her face.

"It's not privileged, everyone just gets what they need and some people need different things. You're only privileged if you get something undeserved that the rest of people can't get." Akaru said, taking the bowls and can and starting upstairs again.
