An average height boy around 17 or 18 wandered through the forest. He halted after a while and looked up at a tall tree, brushing his dark brown hair back with his fingers. One bit of hair was lighter than the rest. He went over to the tree trunk and started climbing up. Reaching the top, he looked around before noticing a house off in the distance in the forest. His purple eyes flashed with curiosity and he climbed back down.

Soul was walking in the forest her clouded over eyes staring off in front of her for she had no sight. She heard something a stopped and listened closely.

James heard faint footsteps and looked down, just barely seeing Soul through the thick branches. He shrank back against the trunk of the tree and watched her cautiously.

James shifted a little, deciding whether or not to reply. He wondered why she wasn't looking directly at him, since he assumed he'd be easy to see with his black cloths.

She nodded "smart boy..." She walked towards him and reached up pressing her hand against his chest feeling for a heartbeat
