Outside." He said. He was training with his Zorka.

"What's a zorka?" Quinn asked, walking towards the door

Eli looks down slightly. He thinks, Can I really call them my friends? I honestly barely know them still... Not that a trip to train in hell for a while helped with that... Eli sighs a little and stands up.

Lei wandered back out into the forest after Ajax had disappeared. "Looks like no pasta now." He said to Bai and stepped over some logs down a slope.

Bai sighed nodding.

Azriel said.

"A demon companion." He said.

"Oh okay. I'll go find him." Quinn went back outside.

Lei patted Bai on the head and kept wandering out, looking around at the trees and enjoying being outside.

"I think I'll go too, seems like the easiest one to find." Eli said as he followed Quinn outside

"Yes he is very predictable." Quinn looked back at him and smiled, glad that he joined along

"He'll probably have gone out into the forest out back. I remember him training there before I disappeared." Eli said

"Lead the way then." Quinn gestured and let him go in front

He didn't realize how far he had walked out already until he looked back and wasn't sure which way the house was. "Bai, we might be lost." He sighed

Eli smiles and nods, "Alright follow me, I think I might be able to find where he went." He walks toward the back of the house and then into the woods, "Stay close, it's easy to get lost out here"

"Okay." She nodded and kept within a few paces behind him. "He's probably lost out here himself."

Lei stopped when he heard something move out in the forest. He stayed still and quiet, looking around nervously.

"I honestly don't have much of a problem dealing with the forest myself. My training with obsidian has allowed me to learn how to determine a location from the composition of the soil." Eli says before glancing at Quinn, "I can actually use that same thing to locate your brother."

"Good idea." Quinn nodded. "Locate him before he falls into a ditch or something."

Something moved in the forest again and Lei staying it place turned towards it a bit. It sounded to be walking around his right side. He started to back away slowly.

Eli nods as he kneels down to the ground and places his hand on it. Eli closes his eyes for a minute letting the composure of the soil create an image of the forest in his head, including where the creatures of the forest stood on the ground. "There, two shoes." Eli stands and starts running calling back, "Follow closely Quinn!"

There was another set of shoes not far from where Lei was.

Eli stopped, "Wait... I'm sensing another pair of shoes on the ground i didn't notice before... but that first pair is next to a Zorka's feet so I know that's your brother... That second pair... I have no idea who they belong to... come on, let's find your brother quick." He quickly runs toward Lei

"Yeah that doesn't sound too good." Quinn ran after him

Lei was suddenly jumped from behind and someone much taller covered his mouth. "Quiet, guardian." A soft and deep girl's voice said.

Eli turned to see Lei right as that happens, he motions for Quinn to stop and sneaks around the trees to get closer to Lei and the unknown girl. As he does so he forms obsidian armor all over his body and makes an obsidian dagger appear in his right hand. He steps out to the side of the girl holding the blade to her neck, "Let him go."

The girl looked like she was from India, and was very tall and skinny. She wore all black and sunglasses over her eyes. With what looked like a simple flick of the wrist the grabbed Eli's obsidian dagger and putting it to Lei's throat now she stepped away from Eli and Quinn.

Quinn stayed back and watched anxiously

The dagger disintegrates into dirt in her hand as she puts it to Lei's throat. "Lei use your water now!" As Eli says this, his sunglasses fall off and his eyes glow green, a swirling vortex of purely blue fire forms around him. "By the way, nice to see ya Lei, I picked up a few tricks in hell"

Lei had a remark in response but his mouth was still covered. For some reason he couldn't move and there was no water around to control.

The girl pulled her own dagger out, putting it to Lei's neck. "Too bad, that obsidian one looked nice." She said, her voice quiet and toneless.

"Lei, why aren't you using the water droplets in the air? I know they're all around." Eli then glances at the girl, "And you, it's a bit rude to interrupt a reunion, I've been gone a long ass time and it wasn't so I could come back to see one of my comrades be hurt." The fire builds in intensity. "This fire is hot enough to burn both solid metal and definitely a human body into nothingness, I can literally evaporate your dagger, not just melt it. Release him now."

"You're a guardian too I take it? Would you risk also evaporating him?" She asked, pressing the dagger a bit closer to Lei to draw a bit of blood.

I'm not that good at controlling water yet. Lei wanted to say

Quinn stepped forward up next to Eli, starting to get a bit angry.

Eli laughs full-heartedly, "You're really something girl. Do you really think I'd burn my own comrade? I can control my fire better than that. One can't summon flames these hot without knowing how to control them with precision. I've been fighting demons in hell already, and I'm much stronger than I appear." The flames come within an inch of Lei's face as they cause the dagger to disappear slowly. The flames that get closer to Lei become so cold that they don't even hurt him. "My control is excellent"
