Tsume and Kiba came walking up to the warehouse.

"I may. I may not." He said.

"There you are, start moving these crates from the van into the piles over there." Nomvula directed, pointing.

She was quiet a moment. "When I was eleven, I walked out of my room when I heard my brother scream. I went to the living room and saw my parents, laying in the pools of their own blood on the floor. My mom's throat was slashed, and my dad had been stabbed 17 times. My brother kept screaming and crying, begging for someone to help, for my dad to wake up."

Tsume nodded and the two brothers started to move crates. Though they where skin and bones almost, they where strong and quick.

"Alright." He said. He walked over and leaned on the too pulling the handle up and out, unlocking it. He held it open for her. "I'll let you know when I've got him stitched back up." He said.

Nomvula watched them for a while before going to speak to another man, another South African like her. They talked in hushed voices to each other, sharing a cigarette.

"How do you know I won't run away?" She inquired with a raised eyebrow. He underestimated her way too much.

"Try getting pass Hunk. He's big, but quick." He smirked.

The brothers quickly had all the boxes moved.

"Nice job." She said when she came back over. "Take a little break."

The shrugged. "Only if you say so." Tsume said.

"Once the van leaves and the order's all ready, I'll take you two to lunch. You two are thin as skeletons." She said

"I think you underestimate me too much."

"Oh, are you saying I should keep you locked in here so you can see me cut open his chest?" He said.

"You don't have to." Tsume said. "We don't look, or smell nice enough to take out for food." He said.

"Then we can get take out." Nomvula said. "And maybe use my shower if you want."

"Nope, not saying that at all." She walked out of the room quickly.

"Are you sure?" Tsume said.

Tad closed the door and locked it again. "You want something to eat sweetie?" The woman asked form where she sat sipping a soda.

"You two don't have to live starved and filthy." She said

"No." She said. She wasn't a friend coming over for a visit. She was being held here. Ignoring Tad's warnings, she figured it was worth a try. She went towards the front doors.

As soon as she took off Hunk fell from the upper story loft and landed into the ground with a loud crash. "Where you going little miss?" he asked.

She gave a yelp and stumbled back. "Did you just fall from the sky?!"

The brothers looked at each other confused. "But it's honestly all we know."

"No, I was fixing tables on the second story loft. I jumped the balcony." Hunk said as if it was obvious.

She huffed. How on earth was she supposed to do that? "Well, alright then."

"Seriously girl, just sit down. I'm sure Ryker will let you go once he's done talking to you." One of the other men said.

She went to wait outside the room. At least she'd tried.

"You sure you don't want something to eat. Jack's cooking lunch for us right now." She said gently.

"Well then it's time for a change." Nomvula said.
