Gang Wars RP

"Do you honestly think you could escape?" Tadoda said flatly as the door didn't unlock. "Even if you could get out of here, we all know you're a Saber. I keep my employee's in the know." He said as he walked back over to Jonas withthe box and a bottle of booze. He opened the box and started to clean his wounds.

She turned and leaned back against the door, crossing her arms over her chest. "So are you going to kill me now? Or better yet, try to torture me? Because I hate to break it to you, but I won't tell you anything." she hissed.

"Why would I need to do that?" Tad said. As he cleaned Jonas' wounds. "I know everything that the members of your gang know. I'd have no need to torture. I have no desire to kill either." Tadoda said. "In all honestly I hate gangs." He said. He took the bottle and poured the booze onto Jonas' cut eye. Jonas screamed out in pain. Tadoda just shoved a wooden spoon into his mouth. "Bite down."

She winced slightly when Jonas cried out. She briefly wondered what he thought of all this, then decided that he was probably concentrated on how much pain he was in at the moment. "Then why are you the leader? Why are you here? Why am I here? What will you do with me?" she demanded.

"I'm the leader because I'm the last one left in my family." He said. He cleaned up Jonas' face and then pulled out a needle and some thread, starting to sew it up. "I'm here cause me family made this town. You're here cause you got caught and I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with you." Tad said.

"If you truly wanted out, you would get out. You don't have to follow tradition. People make their own choices." Maybe if she provoked him, she'd get an emotion out of him. She didn't like that he was so calm.

Tad stood up and walked around Jonas covering his mouth and nose, holding him still until he passed out. He looked to her, his eyes slightly darker than before. "He was twitching too much. Damn kid can't take his liquor. And I will leave this place when I know the gangs are no more." He said as he walked over to her and towered over. "I hate everything they are. And I'm not afraid to get hurt stopping them." he said, still calm. "Now do me a favor and hold Jonas' leg for me so I can sew that cut on his calf." He said as he walked back to the limp Jonas.

She stiffened and glared up at him as he towered over. "And why would I do that?"

"You want him to die? Cause he will. There's still glass in that cut and it's moving into his body." He said. "But you are a Saber, what should I expect." Tadoda said.

She stiffened, then have a hiss and stormed over to him. "Let's get one thing straight. I'm not helping you. Or the Gargoyles. I'm helping Jonas." she knelt down and with gentle hands, took hold of Jonas' leg, not looking at Tad.

"That's what I thought." He said. He laid on the ground and with a flashlight and a pair of tweezers started to pull out bit of broken glass from the calf. He pulled out small slivers mostly but he also pulled out on large chunk about two inches long and an in wide, stuck in his calf.

Her eyes widened and her face paled. "His . . . His brother did this?"

"No, this would be the work of his father." Tad said. "His brother probably gave him the wounds on his face. His dad does the real damage. "Feel his ribs, tell me if you feel anything broken, will ya." He said as he rubbed a rag dunked in alcohol along the wounded leg calf.

Skylar hesitated, then rose and stepped over until she was standing over Jonas. She slowly reached down to feel his ribs.

There where unseen bruises all over his chest. Tad kept working and quickly started to sew up his leg. "Feel anything?" Tad asked.

"Yes. I think they're broken . . . "

"Damn it." Tadoda hissed. "Okay, let me finish up and see." He said as he concentrated on stitching him up.

Skylar stood back quietly, her gaze narrowed.

Tad finished and tied the stitch off. He stood up and pressed a hand to his chest. He moved it around watching his body react to his touch. "These two are cracked for sure..." He said. as he moved his hand to the other side he watched Jonas' breath hitch. "I think this one is broken." He said.

"Why haven't you helped him?" she asked quietly, her gaze unreadable. "You know his home conditions. Yet you haven't taken him away from that."

"Don't you think I've tried. He doesn't want help though. That's why we have a deal. I train him to defend and fight." He said. "Go into that box and get me a knife." He said as he took some alcohol and poured it over his chest cleaning it. "I've offered to him several times to live in one of the Cabins I own, but he refuses. Hell I even told him he could live here at Dragon Kissed. He still won't take the offer."

"Why?" She went to the box and grabbed the knife, staring at it for a moment. "If it's causing him pain and there's nothing for him there, why does he go back?" She handed it to him.

"It's a male pride thing. He wants to be the one to finally stop the pain. If someone else does that for him, he'll always feel weak." Tad said taking in and running a flame over the blade a few times to clean it. "How squirmish are you when you see blood?"

"Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness. It's strength." she looked at him. "Are you going to let me out if I am?"

Nomvula waited for Kiba and Tsume at the warehouse the next day.
