"Yes, it is especially since I can't sleep when you do. So I was awake the whole time. It felt...wrong?" He said.

" really you were awake the whole time?" She asked a bit amazed. " how did it feel wrong?"

"It just felt like I was starring at you as you slept." He said.

" I just hope I can give you all your soul back." She took a deep breath getting out of bed. " is this whole experience weird? That part of your soul is still living in me?"

"It is a bit." He admitted.

"I'm sorry."Nyla said softly biting her lip. it was her fault for him feeling like this.

"Stop feeling bad for yourself." he scolded. "I can feel that too." He said.

" I caused you to stab yourself..." She shook her head. " I caused all of this." Nyla pointed to his half dead body..

"YOU didn't cause this. That damned bastard did." he said.

" yeah but he tried to control me again... I don't know why but he did." She told him. " and I told him he couldn't hurt me and he caused you to stab youself."

"It's not your fault, do you hear me?" He demanded.

" it was! I provoked puppet!" She growled.

"No, most likely puppet was acting on orders."

" yes orders from Count. " Nyla told him. " I'm the strongest one here now."

"Nyla, please stop blaming yourself for this."

“Unless you still feel like you need to eat me, I’m going to head to sleep.” Akaru pushed his bowl aside and laid down

" Ryder has seen it. I'm never in his visions." She explained. " why wouldn't he see me?"

"Maybe they don't last long enough!" He said.

Wolf laid down next to him and gently licked his neck. "Nah, I think I'm good for now." He teased as he wrapped his arms around him.

" they were all being tortured even you. But I was no where to be seen." Nyla shook her head unsure what everything ment.

"Maybe you get away and get help!"

" help from who?" Nyla challenged his thought.

"I don't know, maybe you went to God himself." he said.

" if God was real you think he would let us suffer this much?" Nyla shook her head. " he's long gone."

"Or he tests us." Cutter said.

" there is nothing left of us. We are all dead. Eventually the zombies will win." Nyla told him bluntly.
