" not really." She answered looking up at him.

"Then we should head on back." Orrik said as he rose to his feet and offered her a hand up.

She took it and got up.

Orrik helped her up and started to head back to the house.

She followed silently.

Yashvi got up from the couch and walked over to the kitchen. “You guys were just making dinner?” she looked at the chicken and pasta left on the counter.

Lei walked inside. “I guess there’s no more threat.”

"Yes, now dont touch it." Ajax said following her. "If you want to help, help me remove my brother's body." He said nodding to the body that missed the head above the lower jaw.

Sam showed up back at the house." What is she doing here?" She asked gesturing to yashvi.

"She came here seeking help." Ajax explained as he picked up the arms of his dead brother. I want you to do me a favor. Probe her mind and see what you can find. He spoke telepathically to her.

I already know she's the reason lei's soul sounds different. Sam told him.

I know I can sense it too. He said. It's the last thing I need with all this other shit. He sighed as he heaved Thaladon's body onto his shoulder. "Never mind Yashvi, you just clean up the blood." He ordered.

" what happened to thal?" Sam asked seeing the body.

"Something got him. I'm not entirely sure what but I might be a dimensional demon." Ajax said. "Tried to get my better eye too." He said. "Be careful and watch your back while I take Thaladon's body to dispose of him."

" okay. Could those demtional demons be why Orion and Azrie and Raymon are here?" She asked curiously.

A flash of light split the air between them. And Rayyan stood there. "That is exactly why they are hear." he said.

" now you came home." She mumbled checking on Orion and Azrie making sure they were okay. " are you two okay? Sorry weird things keep happening." She said softly toward them.

Azriel stopped browsing the book he held. "Yeah I'm fine." He said as he walked in and shoved the book into Rayyan's arm. "You use that freaky multi head ability to find info on these Demons." He said. "Here Aj, let me help you." He said as he helped Ajax carry Thaladon's body.
"Just be careful not to get any blood a you Azriel. Blood demons are highly acidic and will bur you severly." He warned.
"I know. Let's just get him out of the house." Azriel said as he looked to the porch to Orrik who was leading the kids away from the house.

Rayyan rolled his eyes as he held the book. "Sam, are you alright? Your soul seems bluer than normal."

" I wasn't talking to you you big lug!" Sam snapped looking at him then back at his clone. " I was talking to your mini me." She looked away from the young boys and at Rayyan. " yeah I'm fine." She told him.

Azeri just nodded and followed Orrik. "Come along you two, you don't need to see this body." He said ushering them outside. "How about we play a game?" Orrik asked and was met by immediate response from Orion.
"You sure?" Rayyan asked.

" isn't nothing big." She told him watching the others go inside.

Yashvi rolled her eyes when Ajax asked her to clean up the blood. “I’m not touching that.” she wrinkled her nose at the dead body.

Lei stayed just inside the door leaning on the wall and thinking. He looked up at everyone in the room and seemed a bit lost.

"Rayyan sighed. "So, what's with the hippie blood?" He asked nodding to the stain on the floor.

" that's Thal's some sort of demtional demon came and got him." Sam said nonchalantly. She took a deep breath glancing at Rayyan. " what we're you busy with?"

Lei went for the stairs while they were talking and into his room. Yashvi got up like she was going to follow him, but hesitated glancing back at Ajax.

(Ajax left the house with Azriel to remove Thaladon's body.)

Rayyan shook his head. "I was called back by to the gates for a meeting, of sorts."
