"Wow, and I'm just a rare freak who wondered upon a rare human," She giggles but not a bit of sarcasm accompanied what she said.

"Stranger things have happened around here." Rhett chuckled.

Haha, fare enough" Kirin chuckled before looking towards the woods again. She touch the compass at her waist. "Hmmm, would you mind if I stayed in one of the caves with you?"

"Not at all, we just have to find a cave first." Iroga said.

"Ah I see...How much farther...My wings are starting to ache and i just want to get in whatever room they may have open and stretch out...given they accept me that is..."She looks down as her hope suddenly fell out from under her.

Rhett lead her a ways down the highway before he started walking into the forest. "You can open your wings now." he said once they were hidden by the trees.

"Perfect, then our next task can be cave hunting" she smiled and did a little jump before heading towards the forest again

Iroga followed. "We should head for the mountains." He said.

She takes off the jacket, a slightly ripped up T-shirt underneath. Upon taking off the jacket she stretches, two huge wings sprouting out, one a magnificent, pure white and the other a sickly, bloody crimson.

Rhett stared at the wings a moment, having a strange feeling of familiarity. When she finished stretching them out he started to walk on again.

She follows him quickly, staying silent now as they walked.

After about ten minutes of walking they reached a large clearing with a mansion-like house at the center.

Kirin nodded in agreement, "And perhaps facing away from the wind if possible"

Rei looks up, suddenly getting nervous and starting to rub her arm.

[Ahhh! My thing is going to die soon, goodnight!]

"If the cave is next to some trees we should be blocked from the wind on all side." He said

Rhett walked up to the front door and opened it with his key. "Colton must be out. Ry and Kro are probably still upstairs, it's best not to disturb them." He said

Rei nods as she walks in and looks around, "Are there enough rooms for me to have my own or do I get to share one?" She continues to look around.

"I think there are more rooms than we could ever fill. The house was recently completely destroyed but Ry and Kro rebuilt it and changed a few things." Rhett explained, setting the bag and coffees down on the kitchen counter.
A girl with light brown hair walked in, quickly running up behind Rhett and grabbing a donut out of the bag. "Who's this?" She asked him, glancing over at Rei.

Rei suddenly looks down and away, attempting to hide her wings behind her back as she braces herself for a bad reaction.

"This is....um...I don't think I caught your name." Rhett asked Rei

Kirin nodded, "Great!" she leaped onto a low hanging branch and backed towards the trunk before dashing towards the end of the branch a and jumping to the branch of another tree

Iroga shifted into a bat and flew after her

"Rei..." She looks down, closing her eyes as if to hide the.

Kirin smiled back at Iroga and twisted into the air before gliding along. Sliding her feet along buffets of wind as though she was ice skating.
