He glances over at her, his face now seeming to be somewhat contorted with a kind of sadness, his voice matching this state, "What?"

Kirin walked up to him, "Just take this" she handed him her little old compass. "I've never been able to make out the markings so don't ask, but it essentially leads you to what you want most, or where you may find your destiny. At least that is what a very old friend of mine told me. I don't know how your powers work, but should you need to find us or something, this will lead the way. Even if you don't need it just take it." Her face started to turn a little red and she turned to head back to the mansion. She stood and let the wind swirl around her, making her hair fly in all directions

He growls softly and goes to make an arguement that he didn't need her healp but stop and just takes the compass, fading into the dark energy.

Rei tried focusing her powers, the faint pure white energy appearing and disappearing repeatedly.

Kirin looked back as she slowly faded into the air, her eye turning silver and dropping a single tear before she completely disappeared and the breeze drifted towards the mansion

Kyudo appeared some distance away, using his energy to begin construction of an medieval-style castle from the very stone of the earth.

Kirin reformed in one of the upper branches of a tree near the mansion and looked around

A large castle rose in the distance, made of what seemed to be obsidian, a dark, glassy looking stone from deep within the earth.

Kirin just about fell off of her perch when she saw the castle, "Oh you have got to be kidding me"

He strolled in, having procured several crystals to help control his power and also defend his castle. These particular crystals had been infused with his energy and could sense ill will, using this energy to attack anyone who had negative motive towards him.

Kirin appeared near one of the crystals, looking at it curiously before looking up at the castle

Kyudo sighed, able to feel her presence, his voice coming from the crystal, "Now what wind speaker?"

Kirin had to take a moment and chuckled softly to herself "What in the heck are you doing?"

(Okay wait, what is going on here?)

Kyudo growled, "I would be focusing if it wasn't for annoyances like yourself," He decided to be cold towards her after his recent denial.

(Kyudo simply raised a temporary stronghold to help him try and focus his powers so that he isn't so tempted to use them for wrong deeds)

"Ohhh, my apologies oh mighty one" Kirin teased. "I'll leave you be"

Amber was peeking around the corner curiously. She smiled when Rhett greeted her, "Hiya Rhett!" she stepped into the kitchen and looked curiously at Iroga and Kro, seeing they were injured. She opened her mouth to ask, but quickly decided not to. "Who's the new guy?"

"His name's Iroga." Rhett said. "Colton disappeared and Riley is still outside. They had a fight." He said, and stared down at his bowl. "You can have my pasta if you want, I'm not really feeling hungry afterall." he stood up, pushing his bowl across the table over to Amber.

Amber wrapped her hands around the bowl and looked concerned by the news, her frosty blue eyes widening, "You're kidding, is Riley okay? Does anyone know where Colton could have gone?"

"No he poofed into thin air. Or light rather..." Rhett replied. "I'm not too sure about Riley."

Amber's eyebrows knitted together thoughtfully. She looked at the bowl of pasta. "You should at least have a couple of bites, are you sure you don't want it?"

"I've lost my appetite. Maybe from seeing those severed heads on the roof. Colton killed the four guests that came here from the other dimension." He said.

Amber froze, the fork half way to her mouth, "He did what?" she asked softly, quite terrified by the news. She shook her head "Colton couldn't have done that"

"He did. We confronted him and that's when he attacked Riley and Kro." Rhett explained.

Amber's face fell, "But that's not something he'd do..." She said mostly in thought. She slowly took a bite of her pasta

"I know it's strange." Rhett said and walked over to the living room, sitting down on the couch.

Amber watched him go before shaking her head sadly. She looked up at everyone at the table
