Guardians (RP thread)

" I grew up on the streets my foster parents I did have could care less what I wore." Sam pointed out.

"Oh, that's a shame. You have a nice body." Rayyan said blushing slightly. "You'd look more beautiful than heaven if you wore an angel's tunic." He said gently.

Sam chuckled. " only the Guardian of haven would say that."

Sam chuckled. " only the Guardian of haven would say that."

"That's not fair." Lei said exasperatedly and tried to get out of its grip.

"Since when was this a fair fight?" Ajax asked. "Lei, learn that nothing is ever fair. No demon is gonna be fair with you, they will lie and they will cheat to beat you, to win over you." Ajax said. "I am no different. As a Demi-demon, and as your Dragkin, I will not Play fair!" The blood golem threw Lei into the ground as it swung him around.

"I'd only say it where it true." He said gently.

Lei gasped when he hit the ground, winded.

It picked him up and grabbed his wrists and started to bend him.

Lei got one hand free and tried to swing at the golem again

Sam shook her head. " It's not. "

it threw him down onto the ground. It's fist became spiked as it swung down at him.

A roar broke their fight. The blood golem being splattered back, parts of it flying apart. Bai walked over and placed himself over and in front of Lei. He had become massive. Over 12 feet tall with white, flowing fur. His tail had become around 20 feet long, and whipped around side to side in anger and aggression. His little arms now where giant wings, each 35 feet long, with hands attatched to each wing. His neck reached up and then swooped down. His elongated head roared again shattering what remained of the golem. He snapped his beak shouting at Ajax for not going easy. Bai, had changed from a Zorma, to a Zorka, and for him, he looked like a dragon in his final form.

"And how would you know?" Ray asked. "You haven't even seen heaven yet."

"Thanks Bai." Lei smiled and rasped, still trying to get his breath back as he sat up

Bai nodded and nuzzled him with his feathered head. As he did so, air filled his lungs and some pain subsided.

Ajax rolled his eyes. "He's never gonna get strong if you don't let him get beaten up." He said.

Bai just turned and roared at him, knocking him out of the tree he was sitting in.

"He's right Bai, I need to get stronger." Lei said, petting the zorka.

" Because I don't belong there." She said with a dull tone.

Ray stopped and turned to look at her in the eyes. "Don't you ever say that." Rayyan said. "I see and know everything. Don't you ever say that." He said.

Bai whimpered gently. "Let me know when you are next ready." Ajax said.

Lei stood up and took a moment to breath. "I'm ready." He said finally.

" Why would someone so damaged as me go to heaven. I'm damned. " Sam told him boldly.

"You sure?" Ajax asked.

"And you think you are the only one?" Rayyan asked. "Anyone can go to heaven, if they know how." He said.

Sam didn't say anything else. She wasn't going to go to haven and she knew it.

"You said I have to take a beating before I ever get better." Lei nodded, going into stance again

Ajax nodded. "Right then, Bai, you stay out of this round." Ajax sliced his arms open again.

Ray just shook his head. "Let's not focus on the after life but focus on the now." He smiled. "Come on." he said as he lead her out of the house and into town. Before they reached town, Rayyan's wings folded around him and dressed him in black slacks and a pink button up shirt. He wore a silver tie, which went along with his piercings. His tail vanished and his hair became a darker shade of blonde. His eyes went from white to a deep blue. He also took on a soft scent of pine.

Lei glanced at Bai and raised his fists waiting for the golem

Two golems, slightly smaller than the first appeared this time.

Sam looked at him curiously. " I'll I get weird features like you? " Sam asked. Ignoring the burning question she wanted to blurt out but since Ray didn't want to talk about the after life she held it in.
