"Yes, You have your birth name and then your warrior name." She said.

" I never had name till now." Cheza sighed a little sadly.

"Never? And what did Ian call you?" She asked.

" girl." She answered.

"What did Scar call you?" She asked not sure which name he had told her was his own.

" Scar called me Cheza." She answered.

"Cheza, what a pretty name." She smiled.

" does it mean anything?" She asked.

"It is a very old word meaning Playful, and kind." She said.

She blinked a few times wondering why he gave her that name. " does your name mean anything?"

"Lindsy means island of trees." she said.

" oh that sounds pretty." Cheza smiled.

"It is. Have you ever seen a tree?" She asked.

She nodded, " come here I did."

"well I'm glad you get to see trees now." She smiled.
"Mother, what are you doing?" A massive man asked as he walked over a giant sword resting on his shoulder.
"Just telling Cheza a story." She smiled.
"And who exactly is this?" Tadoda asked.

Cheza yelped from his loud voice and instincually went to hide.

"She's someone who Scar." Lindsy said as she patted the hand of Cheza gently. "You're okay honey. My son may be an Iron-voiced heathen but he's got a very soft heart." She smiled to her.

Tadoda shook his head and pinched his nose, a large scar running across his nose. "I swear that boy...." He trailed off. "Sometimes I hate admitting I trained him." He sighed as he twirled the massive sword's handle around and placed the tip on the ground. He offered out his hand to her. "I am Swiftfeet, Nice to meet you Cheza." He smiled.

Cheza peaked out from her hiding spot under the table and at hid hand suspiciously.

"Do you not know what a hand shake is?" He asked gently trying to lower his voice so it wasn't so loud. It was a bit difficult for him since he was naturally loud.

Cheza looked at him. " I only saw the men do it to each other. We were always chained or bound."

Tadoda's eyes softened. "You poor thing." He said. He kept his hand there. "Well do you want to do a hand shake or not? If not that's okay."

" do I just touch yours?" She questioned poking his hand with a soft finger. He could see the scar and brides around her wrist.

You place you palm against mine, give a gentle squeeze and then shake hands up and down." He said as he showed her with Lindsy helping.

" why?" She asked watching. " what does it do?"

"It means hello!" Tadoda said.
