Guardians (RP thread)

Yashvi reached for the Zorka, Lei not noticing her yet. With a flick of her wrist the Zorka was teleported somewhere random in the forest.

The door was pushed opened gently and the large, fluffy Boom walked in his Zorma form which resembled a cat. He walked over to Sam and jumped up next to here where he climbed into her lap and plopped down. The 30 pound floof started to purr gently, sending waves of relaxation out.

Sam sighed petting boom. " why would he even let that be a deal... If chaos children are bad then why request it. Is Fia that full of hatred towards everyone else?"

( um Azriel made a deal with Fia so she could teach Lei and the rest of us water. But it's not a good deal... rayyan and Orikk are discussing what he did with him. Sam is in her room, lei is out in the wood and yashivi appeared to him)

Boom purred for a moment. "She wasn't always that full of hatred. Before she became a full guardian she was a kind girl, but the previous Guardian of Purgatory had hatred for the others and planted the same seed in her mind which then grew into a tree of hate." He told her gently. "Please realize that Master is doing this for all of you. He is terrified of losing you all which is why he agreed to put himself in chains." He said as he continued to purr. He nuzzled her and flicked an ear. "He loves all of you, his brothers, his adoptive son. It would break him if he lost any of you. I'm not expecting you to forgive him, but I am expecting you to understand what he did...in time at least." Boom yawned and curled up. "Oh and you should have Orrik examine your soul, he will be able to tell you why you keep seeing and hearing Master." He said tiredly.

(Yeah thats the jist of it. In a little more detail the agreement with Fia was: Azriel would spend every other week with Fia in hell as well as weekends in order for Fia to teach the new guardians water as well as stop attacking them. Fia only agreed to it because if the pact is broken Azriel will have a Chaos Child (A child born of two guardians that has incredible powers. Last known Chaos Child was Genghis Khan, a child between earth and air). Azriel is currently getting scolded by his brothers. Ajax is somewhere in the house. And the New Guardians where being trained how to use their beast forms. IE: Lion = Sam, Eagle = Eli, Ox = Lei and Human = Fallon.)

" but this mean Fia can plant that seed into Lei..." Sam mumbled petting boom concerned for her friend.

"Lei is not easy to manipulate. And nor do I think he would fall to the bait. He is smart and that is also why we brought all four of you together to grow your bond as friends and as family of guardians so you do not forget about Purgatory." He purred back and smiled as he felt her itch behind an ear.

"Why not raise us together as children?" She asked thinking. " wouldn't that be better then finding us as teens."

"That was originally the plan, but it is very difficult to pinpoint who will be a Guardian when they are young." Boom explained. "As you grow older, the soul of the realms grow closer and stronger to one person, instead of 100's of potential users that it picks at the birth." he said. " Sometimes none of the original candidates are exceptionable and then you get people like Lei, who is older than the rest of you." The dragkin has to go out and make a list of every single one of the candidates when they are born and then normally checks on them over their lives. A True dragkin can sense who will be the Guardian because of their soul's essence, but we did not have a true Dragkin." He said. "We have a slightly malformed half-demon who has a dragon stone. But he is not a true dragkin."

" so I could have been a normal?" Sam asked.

"You could have not been a guardian, yes there is a very slim chance of that yes. But your aggression and understanding for nature is what made you become the guardian." Boom said.

" I didn't acquire my love for nature till I was 12." Sam mentioned.

"Yes, we know. But that is what made Gaeginna settle on you. It was either you or some little Indian girl." He told her.

" probably should have been the Indian girl." Sam sighed.

"No it shouldn't have been, she died from an illness about a year ago and it would have happened even if she had been Guardian worthy. The next choice would be you again." He said purring. "You where destined to be here and be with these people." He said.

" thanks boom." Sam said softly still petting him.

(oof I've been gone for most of a full other year cause my old laptop broke... I have zero idea about what's going on)

Yashvi rushed up behind Lei. She covered his mouth with a hand, pulling him backwards against her shoulder as she plunged a dagger into his chest with the other. A second person teleported up behind her.

(cause I’ve hated Lei as a character for years and couldn’t find any excuses to get rid of him)
