Soul Takers RP!

"Yeah a few slices" He pulled out the box.

James just stayed silent, fidgeting a little.

"Want some James?" She asked as she took a slice "what's wrong? Don't know what your other half is?

"I do know but it's just..." He trailed off. "N-No thanks"

Rett took another slice and placed the box on the counter before sitting down on one of the stools.

"Alright I'll move on, are the people who sent you a threat to us?" She raised a brow

"No, we're supposed to help in a sense...but I don't really see how if you're all demons..." He stopped, thinking he'd be giving away too much.

Rett looked at James curiously and suspiciously. He went through a list of possibilities of supernaturals but couldn't place one.

My battery's gonna die soon so I'm gonna have to leave after a few more posts)

"Help us? And how is us all being demons make a difference? Trust me I we could be anything else we would" she said finishing the pizza she had.

"Well...you're already dead and if I did what I was sent here to do, I'd end up sending you to a not so nice place..." he said, trying to be as vague as he could.

Rett ate his pizza slice silently, listening to the conversation with some curiosit

"Then do what you were sent here to do...." She trailed off looking at the entrance of the kitchen "Soul..."

"Soul stood there in demon form. Her whole body was black and she had no eyes it was only a smooth surface. Her fingers her long and Boney and were sharp points at the end. She snarled and smelt the air.

"Rett, James, get out of here..." Adrian said slowly standing up.

Rett stood up and slowly backed towards the stairs.

James just stood there watching Soul with eyes wide. It took every ounce in him not to pull out his weapon.

Soul snarled and lundged at James but was blacked by Adrian. She growled and bit hard into Adrian's shoulder.

Adrian grasped in pain as she fought to hold Soul back.

Rett raced and grabbed his fighting rod which sat on a shelf. He pressed the button on the side of the black cylinder and it extended to the full rod. He swung it at Soul, hitting her in the shoulder.

Soul hissed and rammed Adrian into the wall and actually sent her threw the wall. Adrian groaned and slowly got to her feet again.

Soul went running at Rett her teeth bared.

Rett swung the rod at her and hit her shoulder again. He closed his eyes and focused, sending electricity through the rod at Soul.

Soul screamed at the sudden electricity and soon collapsed with Adrian standing behind.

Adrian groaned as she grabbed her shoulder "sorry about that guys, she searching for a human soul...."

Rett gave a sigh of relief and turned the fighting rod back to the cylinder form. He put it in his pocket. "I hope I didn't hurt her too much" he said, looking at Soul. "Are you alright?" he asked Adrian.

James blinked down at Soul, lost in thought. Demons? Of course they would send the half-breed here. Are they trying to kill me?

"You didn't she'll be fine" Adri said "it takes a lot to truely hurt a new made demon." She sat down clenching her teeth "damn..."

Rett sat down beside her and gently took her hand off her shoulder to look at it.
James looked at the wound. "Want me to get some bandages...or something?"
"Yeah there should be some in the closet at the top of the stairs" Rett said
James nodded and left to go get them.

You could see bone from the bite. "She's strong..." She sighed "what do you think he is Rett?" She asked looking at him.

"I'm not sure. It's clear he has powers of invisibility and also the purple eyes. I think when he said 'sending' he means like teleportation" he said. "But I can't place those powers to anything."

"Same here..." She sighed "I should of known she was going to wake up and be craving a soul..."

"Everything will be alright. We just have to make sure she doesn't get anyone's soul until she's fully a demon" he said
James came back downstairs and passed a first aid kit to Rett.
Rett was about to pull out the bandages when he looked at the wound again. He instead took out a small container of pills and the stitching case.

"Oh great..." Adrian looked at James "you slightly freaked out now James?" She asked trying not to look at her shoulder

"Just a little..." James sat down on the other couch

Rett got up to quickly get a cup of water. He handed the cup and three of the pills to Adrian. "Take those, this is gonna hurt a bit" he said.

She took them then grabbed a pillow "I hope I don't scare you in a moment..." She took in a deep breath "would you like to tell us something about you?"
