Doom raised his hand and a shadow wall absorbed the lights. Rylee keep charging his power until the orb of white light was the size of a truck. Rylee aimed for Doom but doom stepped forward at raised Rhett up. "If you want this boy to live I wouldn't use that attack.

"My light will only take and destroy those tainted with darkness." Rylee replied.

Rhett just looked at Dom nervously.

Charlotte had gone quietly around to Doom's side and shot rings of white fire at him.

"That's how it's played is it?" Doom smiled. A black spike stuck into Rhett's neck. A shadow snake blocked the rings of fire Char shot.

Charlotte fired a few more before stopping.

Rhett coughed a few times before falling unconscious.

A black star like mark was left on Rhett's neck. "Now fire, demon, and you'll kill him too." Doom laughed. Rylee closed his mouth but the white light poured from his lips and notrils. "Bastard." Rylee hissed.

Charlotte moved again and tried to aim more fire rings at Doom without hitting the snake or Rhett.

Kro stood by Rylee and focused on Doom for a moment, her eyes turning darker.

Doom laughed as more shadow creatures blocked them.

After a moment a loud ringing sound started echoing in Doom's head.

Doom didn't react but LS did. He roared and shook his head. "Bastard is re directing it to me!"

Kro directed it back at Doom when she heard LS. Her eyes went completely black now but she wasn't seeing through anyone else's this time unlike before.

"Colton...Fetch." Rylee said. He shot a small ball of light at the arm that was holding Rhett. The shadow broke and Rhett started to fall to the ground. Before he reached the ground Colton had dashed forward and grabbed him. He turned and ran toward the forest grabbing Charlotte so she was out of way. Rylee let the light strike.

Kro felt the light strike as it hit Doom and she opened her eyes quickly, staggering back a few steps. Her eyes returned to normal and she looked up to watch Rylee and Doom.

LS roared in pain as his chest started burn open.

Rylee called back the flame. Colton returned to Rylee with Rhett and Char.

"Is he gone now?" Charlotte asked.

Kro took a minute to clear her head before walking back over to Rylee.

"No..." Apollo said. "I still feel him alive."

"Is he still around here?" Kro asked, loking to Apollo

Charlotte went over to LS. "We shpuld get you back inside..."

LS kneeled on the ground back in his human form. He nodded.

"No, he's moving far away from here..." He said.

"That's good then." Kro said.

Charlotte helped LS up and letting him lean on her she walked with him back into the house.

Rhett woke up slowly.

"Are you okay." He asked Rhett.

LS leaned on her. "Thank you...you are a saint." He said.

"Let's all head inside." He said.

"I'm not sure...did Doom do something to my neck?" Rhett asked, sitting up and putting a hand to where the black star mark was.

"It's nothing." Charlotte replied, helpin him up the stairs and back to his room.

Kro walked inside, glaring over at Rhett for a second.

"Yes, that's a branding, doom has claimed you as his own toy." Apollo said.

LS moved slowly holding the tatters of his shit together to try to not get any blood on the new house.

Charlotte laid him down on the bed and taking out a metal pendulum looking thing she put a hand to his wound and it started to heal very slowly.

"What does that mean? Toy for what?" Rhett looked to Apollo

LS hissed in pain. His hails dug into the bed as his flesh knitted back together.

"Anything. Torture, slavery, doing his dirty work...anything." He said.

"Do you need more pain killers?" She asked.

"Can we get the branding out or something?" Rhett asked.

LS shook his head.

"Only Doom can do that..." He said. "Unless you wanted to try chopping your arm off." Apollo said.
