" that we know of." Nyla told him. " For all we know you could be immune because of a super ability." She told him. " Also because I want to know why Henri keeps having you tested." She looked at him with soft eyes. " I don't like that he treats you like a lab rat."

Cutter sighed gently. "Don't let it worry you Nyla." He said softly. "And I got bitten long before the meteor hit, so I doubt I'm a super." He said

" even then I can see why you haven't changed." Nyla told him. " And I'm going to worry, it's what I do when I care about someone."

Cutter held her face and gently ran a thumb over her cheek.
Atlas gave Cutter a shove and knocked him into her. "Welp love birds, I'm getting out of here." He said. "No offence to you all but this place is too confined for me." He said.

" thank you for helping us." Nyla told Atlas, " we can't thank you enough." She leaned into cutter.

"If you ever need help, just say so." He said as he got up and started to leave. Cutter wrapped an arm around her waist.

Nyla looked over at cutter with a smile. " We'll see you around Atlas." She said waving him off.

Atlas waved to them as he left the med bay.

Nyla exhaled loudly. " At least that crises was adverted." She said looking at the boys who were still left around her. She looked over at cutter.

"Yes it's a good thing it was averted." Wolf said. "I don't like the smell of that Zombie. It rely hurts my nose." He said.
"Doesn't like all zombies hurt your nose?" Cutter asked.
"Well...yeah but that one hurt a lot."

" you may be able to smell the acidic chemical inside the puss." Nyla told him matter of factly. " You do have an enhanced olfactory system."

"Wolf looked confused as she said that. "I am very confused... I wasn't very good in highschool before this all happened.

" due to your super ability your senses are better. You can smell things better then normal humans can." Nyla explained in a easier way to understand.

"oh...well then why not just say that instead. " Wolf said.

" because I've been trained to use to the correct scientific names." She told him.

Wolf looked confused again and pinned his ears back. "Okay, but I'm still confused." He said. "Gosh I wished I had at least finished highschool before all this happened."

" it's okay. I was finished with medical school and starting my residency when all of this happened." She told him gently. " It's so weird to think about how life was before all this happened." She said softly. " I was working like 3 jobs getting myself through school, and raising my little sister..." She paused thinking about the past. " Man has times changed."

"Two years is a long time when you think about it." Wolf said sadly.

" yeah it is." She nodded. " What was everyone doing when the outbreak happened?" Nyla asked curiously. " I was getting off work and picking up my sister from a friend's house."

" I just got here with my father who was a scientist. My sister and I were trying to enjoy our so called vacation." Ryder told them.

Wolf thought about it. "I was with my father, at home. I was actually taking care of the chickens at the time it happened." He said.

"I was...with Henri." He said.

" did you live on a farm wolf?" Nyla asked him. She went about her room storing the samples she got safely. When she had more time she'll take a look and study them.

" So when did this happen?" Ryder said quietly to cutter pointing between him and nyla.

"Not really. We just had a big back yard so we had chickens, and geese and a couple of goats." Wolf explained.

Cutters face went as read as his hair as he coughed and cleared his voice and lowered it. "J-just recently." He said.

" goats?" Nyla perked up looking at him. " I always wanted a couple or milk goats." She told him.

" Don't worry I already saw it coming." Ryder chuckled patting cutter on the shoulder. " She's one good looking babe."

"Yeah... I miss my girls." Wolf sighed sadly.

Cutter blushed again brightly. "Thanks."

" What were their names?" Nyla asked. " We should get some goats here. We have the space." She said to wolf wondering if Henri would let them have some farm animals.

" You're welcome bud." Ryder smiled watching everyone.
