Guardians (RP thread)

Eli sighed, "Fine... But I'm not comfortable with just leaving you there. I know you're able to fend for yourself, but that doesn't change how I feel about this." He looked directly at Azriel, "Whenever you're ready to go, just let me know."

Azriel got up with a groan and steadied himself.

"Where will we go then?" Lei asked, looking at Sam.

" We stay here. With Rayyan and Orrik away someone has to protect this place." Sam told him watching Azriel move stiffly.

“Is it still not safe back at the house?” Lei glanced around, half expecting Yashvi to turn back up at any moment.

" We are at the house." Sam told him a bit confused.

(I thought they were still in Eden I’m not caught up)

( no they never made it there due to the fight and helping out. Rayyan and orrik are in Eden though.)

“Are you doing okay with all this?” Lei asked Sam, looking a little concerned for her.

" I haven't had time to process all this. I can hear people's souls and with that their thoughts and can speak in people's minds too." Sam told him what was new with her. " I saw everything that happened to you and Eli in purgatory. That's how I knew you were okay. And I snapped at Fallow ealier... She disappeared and I had yo try and stop Azriel all on my own. Which I did I got him to stop. But it would have been nice to have back up and she was no where to be found. Her excuse she didn't here it. How the hell couldn't you hear the ground shaking and cracking and the monster Azriel turned into roaring and crushing Orrik and Azriels Zorma( forgot his name.)." She stopped taking a deep breath. " it was just a lot to handle on my own."

“Yashvi’s a little odd, I don’t know why she teleported me to purgatory.” Lei said.

" I hope he's able to get away from the man who is controlling her." Sam said softly. " I think he's a good person but can't be due to his control. Maybe one day we can help her gain back her own felt control. Hey are you guys hungry? I can make us some dinner."

"Let's go Eli,The sooner I am well, the better." He said with a soft sigh. He walked out of the house and pass the porch.

"I think food would be a great way for everyone to calm down." the voice of Ajax, who still lay asleep said into her mind.

(And Azriel's Guardian is Boom.)

how are you speaking into my mind. You're supposed yo be asleep.She said back walking into the kitchen.

"I am a blood demon, but that lecture is for another day." He explained.

what should I make? Or what sounds good?she asked looking at all they had in the kitchen.

"Well I have a roast in the fridge, use that." He said.

Eli said his goodbyes to everyone quickly and followed Azriel

Lei went and rested on the couch for a bit, exhausted from running around purgatory and his side still sore from the recovering wound.

Azriel waited for Eli, then in a flurry of fire they broke the dimension walls as walked through to the outside of hell. He groaned as he stepped through and the heat washed over them. He huffed and walked closer to the barriers. "You will not go any farther than the first two outer barriers. I have no clue what other barriers may have fallen when I went down." He said.

Sam nodded and started cooking. Though she did here Lei grunt softly in pain so she stepped away from the roast for a moment and put an ice back on Lei's side while he rested. She put the food in the oven and set a timer for it to cook.

"Thanks." Lei smiled at Sam and took the ice pack, positioning it on the couch so he laid on it right where the wound was, glad the ice was helping with the swelling.

Sam smiled going back to the kitchen.

Eli frowned, "We already agreed to those terms. Quit going on about it; I'll leave when I'm supposed to."

she hummed as she cooked marinating the pork roast she found in the fridge.
