Gang Wars RP

Ashton was walking through town, on his way back from a bar. Before heading home, he couldn’t help but wonder down a street around the Gargoyles hideout. He stuffed his hands in his pockets as he walked, thinking of trying to see Sky, when he saw a familiar blonde head walking across the street from him. It was that Jonas kid. Skylar’s Jonas. He hesitated, then quickened his pace towards the boy. “Hey!”

Jonas stopped across the street. His eyes widened and he swallowed. He took off at a sprint away from Ashton.

He blinked in total surprise. Then he raced after him. “Wait, kid! I just wanna talk!”

Jonas ran to the nearest tree and with one swift leap, kind of like that of a cat, he scaled up the tree about 20 feet. He looked down at Ashton as he got over to the tree. "A-About what!?"

He skidded to a halt beneath the tree, panting slightly. He frowned up at Jonas. “About my sister, kid. Now come down here!”

Jonas just groaned and hissed at him. He wasn't even out of breath as he looked down at Ashton.

He glowered up at him. “Wow, what does she see in a little coward like you?”

"I'm not a coward! I just know If I come down, you're gonna attack me!" He said.

He frowned. “I don’t go around randomly beating up people. Even if you are a Gargoyle.”

Jonas raised an eyebrow. "You sure?" He asked.

“Positive. And besides, you’d rather hide in a tree than take a punch like a man?” He sighed. “I’m not here to fight.”

"Not when the man is related to the girl I like." He said as he started to jump from branch to branch down. He stopped at the branch just above his head. "You positive you aren't here to kill me or anything...?"

He raised an eyebrow. “If I killed you, then Sky would kill me.” He shook his head. “I swear I won’t touch you.”

He dropped down in front of him and stood there. "Alright, let's talk then." He said.

Cyrus went back to the waiting room after the nurse had checked him.

Idoya and Fortunata drove up to the Gargoyles base and parked across the street. They went around to one of the more hidden doorways.

Ashton nodded and crossed his arms. “Good. Now, how long have you been a Gargoyle?”

"A-About 6 months." He said.

A doctor came up to him. "Would you like to see him." He asked.

Hunk was standing in one of the alleyways smoking.

“Okay. Why did you become one?”

"Sure" Cyrus nodded and stood up.

"To get away from my family. My mom is dead and both my brother and father abuse me." He said.

The doctor lead him into the room where machines beeped and Zak lay still on the bed. He was wrapped up and bruised.

Ashton felt a pang or sympathy for the boy. They all had tragedies in their lives. “How long do you intend to stay in the gang?”

"I'm not sure." Jonas said. "Until either I die, or my family is dead." He sad.

He was quiet for a while. “Why would you wait?” He asked at last. “Isn’t there more you want to do then just this?”

"Because..." Jonas said. "These people, are my new family, it's not like I can just shrug them off after everything they have done for me. Tad, Jackson, Hunk, Lianna, and Ivan, they all have offered me so much...You should be thankful too...Ivan was the one who saved me and your sister. I need to thank them properly before leaving them." He said.

He sighed. He had to admit. This Jonas seemed like a good guy. His little sis was a smart girl. “ . . . Then do me a favor, would ya? Do you love my sister? “ Before he could answer he added, “Because she sure as hell loves you. I’ve never seen so much light in her eyes.”
