"I'll be fine. And I can't let them shoot you." She said quietly, her eyes on the two Sabers as she slowly slid backwards towards the center of the lake.

The two Sabers smirked as they watched, each with a gun pointed at either of them.

Once Skylar reached the center, she stood still and stared at the Sabers, wondering what they were going to do next.

The one with the gun pointed at her glanced at the other Saber, who nodded. The first turned back to Skylar and shot the ice at her feet. She winced slightly, the gunshot making her shoulder wound ache. Then she glanced down at her feet and realized with a sinking feeling that she was on thin ice. Literally. A crack from the bullet had split the ice.

[It's true though I'm writing the scripts now XD I'm evil aren't I?]

"Where are they based?" He asked

"I can take you to some informants, if you wish." The cig said.

"Skylar!" Jonas said as he turned to go to her.

(It's all lies! Ano is fine!)

She swallowed and shifted her gaze to Jonas, her eyes wide with fear and caution. "Jonas . . . the ice is cracking . . . " she said hoarsely.

The Saber shot another bullet near her feet, making her step back, which cracked the ice further. The other shot the ice near Jonas's feet, making the ice at his feet crack.

[Nope he stumbles around the Russian streets covered in blood and sleeps outside in the snow before Julia finds him, this is after he gets kidnapped and taken back to Russia in the first place. Also you'll never be able to guess which character killed him!]

"That'd be great, thanks." Orville nodded.

(I can't hear you! )

"Yeah, but what's your payment?" He asked.

Jonas growled and from the pocket in his sweater, he pulled out an open switch blade and threw it at the guy, hitting him in the chest. Jonas then began to move swiftly to Skylar.

The Saber yelled and fell back, but his partner growled and began to fire more bullets around the ice near Skylar. The ice began to rapidly crack around her, and she stood frozen to the spot.

"Have a nice swim!" The Saber yelled, then, supporting his companion, disappeared over the slope of the shore.

Skylar glanced to Jonas, her face pale and eyes wide. "Jonas." She slowly took a step towards him. More cracks split the ice. She swallowed, stretching her arm out towards him. Finally, the ice broke apart and Skylar fell through into the freezing water.

Jonas dove into the water, gabbing her. He wrapped his arm around her waist and started to swim up toward air.

She held onto him tightly, eyes wide. Towards the surface, some of the broken ice had blocked the surface.

"Depends on what kind of payment you're looking for."

"What you got to offer?" He asked.

Jonas tried to move the ice out of the way, only to fail. The cold was seeping into his bones. He clawed at the ice, desperately. When he realized it wouldn't work he looked down, looking to Skylar. His eyes where sad, the word "Sorry" reading from them . He cupped her face, and kissed her, forcing what breath he had left into her.

He hugged her back brushing her hair back. "You have a good day, okay?" He whispered as she nodded. Mia ran out waving bye to Tad and Kanon.

"Oh? And what are you looking for with the gangs, revenge, a way to take out anger, or just looking for fun?" He asked.

"Yeah totally, to the lake!" Jonas smiled.[/quote]

Kanon waves back. "Taddy?" She asks.

Skylar felt terror seize her heart. She was going to drown. But what was worse was Jonas was going to join her. It was all her fault. She never should have suggested such a stupid thing as going to the lake . . . She rapidly shook her head as if saying "no!" and pulled her lips from his quickly. Still holding onto him, she began to beat her fist against the ice madly, desperately.

The ice had frozen over. Jonas just held her face. He forced her to look at her. He just kissed her anyway.

Her eyes welled up, but she slowly dropped her arm, staring into his eyes. Suddenly, she wasn't afraid to die. Even with this cold darkness surrounding them, dragging them down, she wasn't afraid. It was because she wasn't alone. Of course she wanted Jonas to live, but . . . there was nothing they could do. But . . . at least they would be with each other in their last moments. At least they wouldn't die alone. She slid her hands to his face, her body starting to go numb as she kissed him back, her gray gaze on his, her sight starting to get dizzy and blurred.

"I'm good with a gun." Orville said

"Yes, she calls me Taddy. Do you have a problem with that?" He asked.

Jonas went limp against her as they kissed. He just floated there. Suddenly the ice above broke and a foot came through. Ivan dove in and grabbed them. Pulling them to the surface. Hunk reached down and pulled the three of them up and onto the ice.

"How is that gonna pay me now?" He said. "Unless you are a griefer I really don't give a fuck."

Skylar couldn't move. She was so cold . . .

"No, no. I just found it cute... Taddy." She bites back a snicker.

"Take Jonas Hunk and hurry!" Ivan said picking up Sky.

Tad walked over to her with a growl. "Don't call me that!"

She choked up water and spat it out, gasping for air and violently shivering.

"Oh so you want money?" Orville asked.

She laughs. "Fine, fine. Whatever." She slips past him. "I need to go."

"Either money or women." Cig said.

"Don't squirm" Ivan said as he held her to him. Hunk was already moving slowly back toward the shore, trying to prevent the ice from breaking. Ivan followed suit, his body shaking, Ice quickly forming on his hair. He slid over to the shore. From there he and hunk quickly made back to the truck.

"What, out aren't gonna stay for breakfast? Anyway we need to tell Hog what we saw last night at the Sabers meeting." He said as he pulled the cig out from behind his ear and lit the end of it. He took a drag and blew out. He set her eggs down on the plate on the counter. He put some bacon and toast on the plate next. He then handed her the plate. "Oh also I think I may know who those two freaks where." Tad said as he sat on the counter, with the window open, smoking so there wasn't much smoke remaining in the house.
