She hops up. "I should get back to the dorms. I need to brig everything home. Thank you Scar." She smiles.

Ai takes it. "Yeah," she smiles, looking up at him happily.

"Well I think you do," he says gently. "You're an amazing person Dawn! You need to believe it."

" okay." Dawn nodded trying so hard to believe it.

Ken sighs. "You deserve way more than what I can ever give you..." He murmurs to himself.

" you give me a lot more then I have ever had." She told him.

His eyes widen, but he smiles happily. He rests his chin on her shoulder.

Dawn sighed, holding herself closer in his arms.

"I really do love you..." He murmurs.

" I-um..." Dawn mumbled, she wasn't sure how to say it back.

Ken was beginning to feel the strain he put on his still healing wounds, but tries to ignore it.

" you should rest." Dawn said pulling away taking his hand and leading him back to bed.

"I'm fine," he says gently.

" no rest." Dawn wasn't taking no for an answer.

"Ok, ok." He chuckles, following her.

Dawn nodded guiding him to his bed allowing him to sit down.

He sits, taking off his shirt. The wounds were quite red. A couple were bleeding a little.

" you reopened a few." Dawn frowned looking around for anything she could use to clean him up.

"...there's some cloth in the bathroom."

" okay." Dawn nodded finding a rag in the bathroom she wet it a but so it was damp. She quickly came back and started to tend to him.

Ken doesn't move a muscle. He closes his eyes, and relaxes as Dawn tended to him.

" you really need to be careful." Dawn said as she worked. " if you keep reopening your stitches they won't heal properly."

"They'll heal eventually... Maybe just a little longer than normal, that's all."

" Ken, they will heal incorrectly if you don't take it easy." Dawn frowned.
